Absolute shambles from start to finish. Ordered set of wheel and tyres on the 21 of June and had been giving a 10 day delivery. With it being a UK website I had hoped they would turn up within the 10 days. Very wrong as it is German and my parcels were held in Germany for 3 weeks with little to no contact and information about where my parcel was because I had to ring up for a tracking number as I wasn't given one. Then my parcels had been returned to sender due to missing information and later found out there was nothing missing just absolute poor service. Rang up and cancelled my order for the full amount on both parcels and found out few days later I was only being refunded for one because the customer service is absolutely useless. Hopefully I will get my refund on both parcels and it is resolved after today 22/7/24

If you are wanting any products from this site in a short time I would STAY AWAY but if you don't mind waiting weeks possibly months with no information you will be fine.

Ordered and paid for tyre on the 23/06/24
Recieved conformation that tyre would be delivered on the 04/07/24.
No further communication from them, so called them this morning 11/07/24 and was told DPD have sent package back to them, don't know why, checked postal address, it was correct.. would I like them to send a replacement (that implies that I received one in the first place) You know when someone is blowing smoke uo ya ass. So v poor service, no communication and as of yet; no tyre.

I went through the web site in search for my new wheels and tyres as I needed them in a month time.
I chose my items and webstore marked them as IN STOCK - this would make you think delivery will be as stated (up to 10 working days, due customs etc).
I've done my purchase online on 10/05, system kept sending me messages that payment was not done next few days. On Monday 13/05 after my email to them they checked system and they confirmed payment and emailed me back: "Your order is currently in the process of gathering in one warehouse from which we will balance them and dispatch after it".
22/05 I made phone call to check about my order status and got confirmed it is still in warehouse for processing. I asked if it can be speed up as I need my goods. Staff told me they will leave note to warehouse to dispatch goods ASAP.
On 27/05 I still didn't hear any information about my goods, so I emailed them again and then got response: "The wheels you have ordered are not in stock at the moment. Please let us know if you wish to get some alternative offer."
I decide to cancel whole thing as it just took too long. I requested my money return and after mailing and calling backward and forward I received my money return on 07/06
Staff was polite but that is all.
Service extremely poor and far away from professional.
Prices are ok... if you have time to wait for your goods for extended period and nudging them every few days go for it.

I've done purchase of goods via another company - Immediately post online purchase on 29/05 I got email it may take up to 14 days as they need to order my wheels. Company kept me updated via emails every few days how things are developing. I got my new wheels an tyres fitted yesterday 07/06.

Absolute jokers. Ordered tyre on 3rd May, delivery within 3 days. 10 days later after chasing they first said they had been busy so a delay, and then they say on the same day the tyre is going through customs. Nearly a month later and still no tyre or any responses to my emails. They maybe cheap, but any company can be cheap if they dont supply the product. AVOID.

On 19th march i ordered 2x Goodyear tyres, which were the most competitively priced at the time, on the internet. My order confirmation was quickly followed by a tracking number. The due date was 27th march. After waiting a few days and checking the tracking, it remained saying that a label was created and DPD were awaiting the parcel.

Fast forward to monday 25th, i then receive an email from 123tyres, apologising that there was a delay for my tyres and they would email again once they had a new delivery date. Upon receiving this, i replied asking for a refund. Later on that day, i got a further email, quoting the same tracking number as initially given, which again, was awaiting the parcel.

24 hrs later on Tuesday morning 26th, i receieved a text from DPD saying my parcel was going to be delivered between 9-10am.

To my surprised, the tyres did infact show up, unexpectedly, and a day earlier.

There no rhyme or reason for any of this, it should be worry free but the overall experience was not. They get 4 start from me.

Tyre arrived following day a good brand at a very competitive price very happy thank you.

I just phoned them found the tyre I wanted online with them for £81 when I rang them they tried to charge me £106 so ended up not getting the tyre from them rip off merchant's

I bought two wheels with tyres. They were sold with a fitting kit but I was unable to fit the wheels as my Original Manufacturer wheel wrench was too big to go in the new wheel's holes.
I contacted Bogdan in customer services 4 to 5 times. I needed an adaptor but he refused to provide one.
So beware - the Fitting kit does not contain everything you need.
The spacers were too small too.
Very poor after service.

Ordered winter tyres from them as had been messed about with 2 companies previously who took money but had no stock.One of them VERY LOCAL. I checked the feedback which did not look good but I have nothing but praise for 123tyres. They arrived very quickly sent from Germany (123Reifen)though the website clearly says its based in UK.
Communication fast and efficient.

I ordered tyres from 123 and made the fatal assumption they were in the UK.

Be aware that neither the tyres no the company are UK based, they are in Germany.

10 days later I am still awaiting my tyres to arrive and have just been informed they were given to the shippers (in Germany) yesterday and I can expect them in another week.

Hardly German efficiency or practical for me. Would have been nice to have been informed at point of sale not afterwards.

UPDATE it’s now 14 Dec way past their delivery date and I’ve just had an email stating that my tyres will be “somewhat delayed” this is just useless

Had to wait over a month for delivery. I tried to know what's going on and after investigation I found out that they just lie about shipment status.

Whilst delivery took about 10 days, the price of the tyre I bought more than justifies the wait and nobody should be buying tyres in a hurry anyway! It’s an excellent tyre, excellent delivery service and tracked. I intend to buy a front tyre from these people too

Found these guys via the web. Best price for my particular brand and size of tyre (for a classic car). Easy to order on-line and great communications throughout the process.
It did take a couple of weeks to be delivered, so this is the only 'negative', otherwise highly recommend.....

Shocking no updates after being passed to the warehouse over a week ago! Shocking customer service when I’ve phoned to complain, no managers to go higher with my complaint!! AVOID!!

Tyres are great, waiting time is disappointing. My order took 3 weeks to arrive. I had to reschedule my MOT as a result. Tyres are despatched from Germany which has to go through DPD Oldbury customs.

I ordered 2 tyres on 27th Jan 2022 arrived on 8th Feb no problems whatsoever they do come from Germany I wasn't in a hurry for them so time wise it was ok ,GREAT price to ,DPD delivery was good too ,would use again
