The earrings are pretty however one of them will not close. Contacted support both through email and text with video proof for the past few days - no response so far. Would like a response soon, considering their website says they have support hours everyday and the return/refund window is only 14 days. And based on other negative reviews, not sure why we need to go through this 3rd party website in order to get support's immediate attention. It would benefit them if they were honest about their response times on their website. Will update rating when it’s addressed.

Update: Had my credit card company dispute the transaction due to 1st Xulie's continued unresponsiveness 1/20. Another important note, I had also left a negative review directly on their site for the item on 1/15 with the only automatic reprieve being a 15% off coupon a next purchase that expires in a month. It never posted, so buyers be wary of the potential negative review censorship.

We would like to clarify that we recently experienced an issue with our email system, which resulted in some messages sent to our support inbox not being properly forwarded to our customer service team. This unfortunately caused a delay in our reply, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience.

We would also like to confirm that our customer support team has already sent you a resolution email, including step-by-step guidance with reference images, to help address the earring clasp issue.

Regarding the problem itself, after reviewing your video, we found that this is a minor adjustment issue rather than a defect. The thin curved post of the earring is made of 925 sterling silver, which is designed to be slightly flexible. If the clasp does not close properly, you can gently bend the curved post upward to slightly increase the diameter of the hoop, allowing the clasp to close securely. This adjustment requires only very light pressure and is safe for the material.

We truly regret that the delay led to dissatisfaction and understand your concerns. Please rest assured that we take all customer feedback seriously and are always committed to resolving issues responsibly and transparently.

Pretty, but eh quality

I was sent a defective product, which broke upon first use. All the other products were fine.
After contacting them multiple times, they eventually sent me a replacement, which is good.

trustworthy and stylish!

Last Black Friday, my order was delayed, but they gave me a gift and a discount code. This year, my order arrived, and I was impressed with the better packaging and the lovely gift!

Scam

Hi there
I am ashamed to have to write this for what I thought was a trust worthy company ended up being a major scam
Here’s my story
I spend £70 on a gift
Not only do delay the shipping in sending it bare in mind Î ordered the 3rd of March
They hadn’t done anything for a couple of days they addressed shortages …. Okay that’s fine jt could be worse

Sorry I forgot to put I paid for next day shipping how ironic it cost me £7 extra

I sadly used EVRI
Evri obtains my package on the 7th march
My product is never seen again
It’s now thr 15th march
I had to email evri directly saying where is my product they email back saying unfortunately it’s been lost blah blah blah email ur sender sorry
That’s possibly the worst news I could recieve not just because I lost my product but because I have emailed their email
Support….
And they fail to reply
Bare in mind ladt time Î got an email was in the following days from 1st Julie
Problem occurs 3rd March
8th March they contact me
After I emailed them
I’m still waiting Î contact them of product where is it
11th marxh
It’s now 15th march Î had contacted them severally and they still refuse to reply
Please please give me another product

If it makes sense Î emailed 1st xulie support several times who ever is in charge of that is purposelly ignoring me
How can u be running 10-6 and not see the emails Î sent ?
I really thought you guys were different
Please give me my product

Legit and really good

I bought 4 things from them already and Each piece is really gorgeous and looks exactly like the pictures. The quality also feels good and so far the colors all stayed the same and didnt turn the skin green or anything. So i would say it definitely is Sterling silver as they described.

Shipping to EU always took at least 10 days tho, but it was worth it so far.

Do not buy, exactly same material as drop shippers

I bought their plated jewellery knowing that it will eventually tarnish and turn green. However for how expensive it was I thought the quality would last abit better. It turned green within the same month I got it and I contacted support, not really for a refund just to give feedback really, because once again I knew the possibility of it being bad as the materials listed is the same as Shein/Aliexpress. To keep it short they basically gaslighted me in an email saying I bruised myself by wearing their cufff bangle tight, when it’s actually tarnish coming off the jewellery and I never said I got bruises/injured. And I don’t understand who would purposely bruise themselves badly with jewellery in their day to day life? It’s a shame because I love designs and would’ve been opened to try their sterling silver versions but this is the aggressive response I get instead.
