Our representative Mr Charles Brookes went above and beyond to ensure our experience with Access Equity Release was as smooth and stress free as possible .We were always kept fully up to date , with the knowledge that any queries would be answered by a quick phone call . Two things stood out in my Contact with this Exemplary Professional Lady . . . Action and Efficiency . . . Simple really, our advisor Charles Brooks explained every part of the process and stuck with us throughout. Nothing was left to chance , everything explained and seen through , complete clarity .
