Not very clear on the type of kit when purchasing.
Check whether your order is digital or whether you'll be sent a kit. I was waiting for a kit to be posted after being told one will be sent to me only to find out I was to send in my brown sample in a clear bag with a print out of my order.

I contacted costumers service and was online with Jordan. And was super helpful. And was very prompt to respond to any of my questions. I just found out that we don't have to post to the UK as I understood when i purchased the kit we send it to Dublin hub and they take care of sending it on

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your frustration. I’d like to clarify that the product you purchased was our digital test, which does not require a physical kit to be sent to you. Instead, all information and instructions were sent directly via email upon purchase.
If you didn’t receive the email with the test instructions, it’s possible that it may have gone to your spam or junk folder. However, we’d be happy to resend the information right away to ensure you can complete the test.

The test is not accurate
The test is not accurate. I came up with zero hormone issues, zero thyroid issues, zero metabolic issues, no inflammation issues …And my blood tests and other markers for these are prolific and have been for years. So I don’t have any faith in any of the results and I feel like I wasted my money. I also have a known issue with cow dairy which did not come up in my test, and eggs! Very disappointed.

It’s important to note that blood tests and food sensitivity tests measure different things. Blood tests typically look for markers related to disease, hormone levels, or inflammation, while sensitivity tests focus on how your immune system reacts to specific foods or substances, which may not always show up in standard blood work.
Because of these differences, results from the two types of tests may not always match, especially if you already have diagnosed conditions from blood tests. We always recommend discussing all results with your healthcare provider to get a full picture.
