Tony at Alloywheelsdirect has been amazing. Helpful, friendly, efficient and very very patient. He has given me advice regarding my dilemma and sourced the best deal he could for me. The wheels and tyres arrived very swiftly from Germany and all is good. My husband is fitting them as they came with the tyres already fitted to the rims and balanced and although I had paid for fitting it is now not necessary and a credit for refund has already been raised. From superb advice - freely given (which was both spot on and very informative) to order process, packing and delivery.
Will be back later in the year for winter rims and tyres.

After my slow start online, I received my order (Alpina B7) wgeel caps very quickly, in a robust package. The sales dor was so friendly to check proactively with me if I indeed had ordered the right caps because of the many available caps. Great experience and happy driving now! Jeroen/Netherlands

Ordered a pair of 16X7 Genuine Fuchs wheels, not only managed to get a 20% discount for ordering during a sale period but I also received an additional discount on shipping to Australia. Just received them in a matter of days and I could be happier, thanks guys!

This was my second experience with Alloy Wheels Direct. First in 2015 when I found myself a set of Alpina wheels being sold from an Alpina B11 3.5. Exact fit for my 1990 E32. Had them shipped to me in Florida but the center caps needed replacement. Bought them from Alloy Wheels Direct and had my wheels stripped and powder coated. Now seven years later I bought a set of valve stems for those wheels. Came quickly and great communications with company. Thank you.

These folks are great...give actual advice about choice of wheels and tires. All I ever got at Tire Rack was "well its our best seller". Tony is stupendous... takes whatever time necessary and even researched the weather in Virginia to ensure that I picked the best tire for me...not what sells best.

Phoned this company regarding an alloy wheel which I had managed to destroy by driving on a deflated tyre.
I had been to Mercedes who could not help me. A lovely gentleman answered the call after 2 rings!
So very helpful; gave me pointers on how to get hold of a discontinued alloy. Amazed at the advice and level of detail they gave me on how to get hold of the alloy I needed. Amazing service.

Service was unbelievable. I ordered a set of wheels which I wanted to match up to what I had and just in the after payment note I added a part number and note asking to ensure it was the same. I got a call the next morning saying the wheels I ordered was similar but not the same and let me know the one i have are not made anymore :( I thought about it and decided not to go ahead with the order and within 10mins my refund had been processed to my credit card. AN honest company to deal with who understands customer requests. Thanks and the reason you have been so successful is how you have conducted your business.
