We purchased the Deluxe Ankarsrum Assistent Original Food Mixer in cream as a gift for my Dad's birthday. He absolutely loves it. It has made a 70 year man very happy. He has been very busy baking and mixing and can't wait to expand his Ankarsrum collection. He says the mixer has brought back old memories with its taste of nostalgia and classy looks.

Delivery time wasn't great but worth the wait in the end.

I paid for the goods over a week ago but have yet to receive any notification of dispatch or any other correspondence

I ordered an Ankarsrum mixer. An address error resulted in it being delivered to my old address. Roy was most helpful in resolving this and the machine has now arrived.
As regards the machine itself, it is a different class to any other mixers I have used. It is beautifully engineered out of really high quality materials. The design principle differs from other "stand" mixers - and is much more convenient to use as a result. It also does not wander about when in use like our other machine.
I am going to acquire some of the accessories too.

Considering it was a holiday and in covid times I was really surprised at how fast my order arrived and in perfect condition. I love my new mixer and I look forward to many years of bread making with it!

you didn't respond to any mail-in customer service. I try to ask 2 questions but didn't got any answer.

Made six different cookies, 4 different breads and a cognac-infused fruitcake for Christmas. Great machine, so easy to use and clean. Now need to find recipes for a serious January through November diet to prepare for a repeat next Christmas.

The part what I ordered was listed with 3 day delivery now I wait already 2 weeks and it’s still not arrived with no comment from this company.

Shipping is too expensive and without any extimate it's taking way longer than reasonable

No proactive communication from your UK service team regarding delivery delays; only when I contacted them was I told that my goods were likely to be delivered 4 weeks from order. No such lead time was stated at the point of ordering and you were very quick to debit my bank account.
Its a pity that your UK customer service does not match the quality of the products which are great.
I wouldn't even have left this review had I not now been asked TWICE now by your automated service tool to rate your performance despite no delivery.

Super impressed by the quality and speed of the service offered to repair and return my machine, and all under warranty.
