I got a quick and straight response to my questions about the amount of my motor policy.

Arachas hat umgehend telefonisch geantwortet und arbeitet an einer Lösung. Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass zeitnah ein Versicherungsvertrag zustande kommt.

Unser Haus in Irland war bei Gilmartin Insurances und AXA versichert. Gilmartin wurde von Arachas übernommen und angeschrieben, die jährlich fällige Police zu erneuern. KEINE meiner emails kann zugestellt werden. Eine Anfrage an ehemalige Gilmartin-Mitarbeiter und ein Schreiben an die Arachas Sligo-Niederlassung blieb unbeantwortet.
Offenbar ist es den Arachas-Mitarbeitern egal ob ein Kunde abspringt oder nicht.
Ich werde mein Haus jetzt woanders versichern.
