I paid via apple pay for gold membership to community matrimony app. It was not activated and customer service is taking ages to respond. Also, they say screenshot was not clear. Its a stupid reason as it is clearly visible. They just want to buy time and hence says false excuses. Money taken without providing service is kind of cheating. If you can't accept payments via UPI, then you should not allow it in first place. Customer support is asking me to contact apple service which is another stupid suggestion. UTR ID: 100487591501

This is my personal experience with Bharat matrimony, specially telugu matrimony. Kindly read fully to understand their motive of operation. Claiming to be India's No. 1 and most trusted matrimonial site, they prove to be a breeding ground for disappointment and financial exploitation. Forget finding your soulmate; you're more likely to encounter a carefully curated collection of fake profiles, designed to lure you into their premium services.

This is the worst part of the my personal disaster. What's truly alarming are the reports of terminally ill individuals presenting themselves as healthy, actively deceiving everyone. This level of dishonesty is not only unethical but deeply damaging to those genuinely seeking companionship. I had to run to courts one hundred times with my age old parents that decimated my family’s fortune both financially and physically. Torture, hospitalization and extortionate threats from the so called terminally ill girl, whose reports say that she is terminally ill but the family sends threats over email for sending money, otherwise they will spoil my future and see to that my parents lose peace of mind. We had to give up with pressure from court as well. 20 Lakhs hard earned money gone for a 3 month marriage. BEWARE OF FAKE PROFILES AND CHEATS OF BHARAT MATRIMONY. NO ONE WILL EVER LOVE YOU WITHIN 3 months of alliance…!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please be aware…

Ever wonder in the age of AI how can one platform has all the scammers at one place? They do not have 30days money back guarantee. Because to contact your match you need their contact. And if you to view their contact they will not return your money. So this is a scam that they themselves doing as well

I had 24 matches. But I couldn't connect with them. I bought their 12300/- 6 months plans hoping at least one of them will click. Guess what what happened

1. Some were married already when I messaged them on WhatsApp or call them. They even told me to use their own service provider which they used to marry their daughter. Not one , but 3-4 matches repeated the same message
2. Others refuse to talk on a short call. They will say IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR VIDEO LOVER OR CALL LOVER THEN BYE. Totally scam of course
3. Lastly, rest didn't even bother to reply to message

This platform has 99% scammers.stay away from them. Been on their platform for over 6 months now.

They are cheats... Honestly they have taken more money from my account .upon reaching customer service, they are the most irresponsible people... they just closed the case happily and took way more money. Beware, dont sign up with these frauds. I wont sign up with them anymore and will ask my family and friends to do to the same. No point working with dishonest people and greedy people.

Used it for my bro. During paid period no one replied or accepted request but after it's over, couple of profiles accepted and replied - but you can't even reply bk as ur unpaid member now. So u pay, and suddenly those profiles don't respond. Clickbait

Bharat Matrimony is scam platform. They don’t have good likeable profiles. They have so many fake female profile to tempt you to buy subscription. You send a request to profiles and they accept too. But to connect with them, you have to pay. As soon as you pay, either profile gets deleted or they don’t reply at all as purpose of making you pay is done. Or if they reply, gradually you find it’s fake. Even on reporting they just bluff. They have such bad customer service who does not even ready speak and disconnects phone calls.

These people keep many fake profiles through which they send interest and make you a paid member and then forget about it. As soon as the validity of your membership is about to expire, they start following you again and call you several times a day.

I took 3 month Assisted prime Membership paying by 22,000 rupees. later i realised that this is biggest scam and fake Platform in name of marriage sentiment. blady buggers they will fool the people in the name of No.1 Trusted matrimony site. sometimes they create fake profiles and send interest to us and chasing people to make paid member. once they became paid member they won’t responding our call, Avoiding our calls, even blocking our numbers.

Bharat Matrimony are scammers, thieves, thugs, looters, and have no sense of respect for people's money, time, and feelings. They dared to charge me again $150 without my renewal authorization. Total fake and fraudulent profiles and people working for them are destroying their Karma with their evil money-earning scam. Have some shame and stop dishonest ways of earning.

Bharat Matrimony is the Biggest Scam in India. They send invitations from Fake IDs to ensure users sign up for their Premium services and once you pay them Money they delete the profiles. I got invitations from 15 ladies who were asking for Money and when I refused, Bharat Matrimony deleted their Profiles. One lady also sent me her Flight Ticket to confirm she is coming to meet me but mentioned Airport’s name as ‘Manchester United’ instead of Manchester and that’s how I caught her. 99% of Profiles are Fake. I have Attached the Screenshot of All Fake profiles who sent me Invitations and were created and managed by Bharat Matrimony Staff.

When i caught Bharat Matrimony Staff creating these Fake Profiles they Deleted it and accepted those were Fake profiles and Blocked them but Refused to Return me Money. Both Bharat Matrimony and Shaadi.com Are Biggest Scams running Openly in India

It's a scam .
They took 4000 buks and put limit of 75 contact number .which was never shared at time.there is no refund policy. Stick to jeevansathi and shadi.com

I never recommend bharatmatrymony to anyone

I insisted customer service to send me link to pay 3 months gold membership but I they send me link to pay in foreign currency.
I ended up paying 3000 rupees extra and I have asked help regarding this 2 weeks ago no one contacted me till now.

Till You Marry membership is misleading. It expires in a year. Customer support is also very bad. Do not recommend, never had good matches anyway. Jeewansaathi is much better

Bharat Matrimony is the Biggest Scam and Day light Robbery happening in India. Since I signed up for its services I have received 30 Acceptances and all of them added me on their WhatsApp and asked me for money. Majority of them told me that they are based in the UK, US, Australia and Canada but when I told them to call me over the video call they denied and preferred to talk to me over the audio call where I have clearly heard the background noises of Horns of Autos, Buses, Trucks with Vegetable sellers chanting’Aloo Wale, Pyazz lelo’ which clearly gave me an impression that all of them were based in India and not US or Canada or Australia because there is no other country in the world where people Honk like Indians. But surprisingly all of them called me from the UK, US and Canada number with +1 or +44 code.

When I informed this to Bharat Matrimony they realized their mistake but Refused to Refund me the Money because they knew their company is Running a Scam. Stay away from Bharat Matrimony. Its an Open Scam.

With Bharat Matrimony, we registered for the premium plan. The search has been ongoing for almost a month without finding proper matches. Despite checking the mandatory boxes for most of the partner preferences columns, such as the groom's residency (United States of America), his age (25 to 29), and his education (MS Engg), we only received profiles of Bangalore residents. One of the staff members called us frequently, imposed so much on us and forced us to subscribe to the premium plan. He assured us that we would match 100%. No new profiles have appeared since then. We realized the app was useless and asked for a refund. They did not even refund our money. They have looted our money and cheated us by claiming we will find a match 100%, which is untrue. We lost our money, and the experience was incredibly uneasy. Beware. This site is just a money-looting site, and they'll stoop down to shallow levels to convince you to buy a premium plan. Until you pay them, their customer service department will call you daily and respond to your calls. They will not answer your calls after you purchase a subscription, and they will steal your money. You will not even receive genuine profiles. We will never use such sites anymore.

FAKE PROFILES. Dont waste your time and money. These idi0ts have fake profiles all over the site, you start chatting with them and they claim to be having a job in UK while they cant use high school English properly. How dumb is the CEO to think this works? I've collected proof of all fake profiles and pursuing legal action + going to publish my story all over the internet. Name and shame.
