When hypnosis was suggested to me that it would help me sleep better, overcome my fear of flying, and just be less anxious - I was very sceptical.
However, I contacted Cara.
Cara was very patient and reassuring through out the sessions. She guided me through the steps I can take to cope with stressful situations, even creating tracks for me to listen to in-flight.
I am beginning to feel the benefits of her work.

I felt lost didn't know where too go. But with the work with hypnosis from cara mia I am getting there. Cara has been giving me hypnosis and I must state cara listens and very caring. I would def recommend someone who in thought of it to go to cara. I'm stil sessions to have and I have learnt alot. Reiki well I feel lighter the minute I get up. I have recently completed a 4-session course of Hypnotherapy with Cara, and I can’t thank her enough for the change that the work that she has done with me has made! I have suffered with IBS for most of my life, at times this condition has been total debilitating with symptoms being very severe. I have seen numerous GP’s and Consultants who have all concluded that there is nothing more that they can do to help.
I decided to try an alternative therapy to help with my IBS and found Cara.
Cara is amazing, a very kind person who is very welcoming and totally put me at ease, even when we had to discuss embarrassing symptoms which obviously IBS tends to have! She asked questions to build up a profile of my condition and asked about lifestyle and other factors which may impact my condition.
Each session would begin with a review of the week, how have symptoms been, any notable incidents which may have occurred which could have made things worse and so on. Cara would then tell me exactly what was going to happen whilst under hypnosis, she would always check that I was ready to be hypnotised and answer any questions that I had.
What happens next is just the most relaxing experience ever, Cara would gently hypnotise me, sometimes I would just totally zone out whilst she worked her magic, ending the session leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed, calm, and very uplifted.
The change in my symptoms was remarkable. From week 1 I could see such a difference in my symptoms and how I was feeling, my IBS was not quite as much on my mind, I didn’t need to think about it all the time. By the time I had my last session, I reported that I had had a pain free, IBS free week, which is just totally amazing!
Cara supported me throughout the whole process, she helped me to keep a food diary to track foods and symptoms, she was available to answer any questions that I had outside of sessions and showed me nothing but kindness.

Cara gave me hypnotherapy when I was suffering from stress induced jaw pain. This was something very new to me and Cara was patient and helped me feel comfortable throughout. Well since I received my reiki 2 attunement from the lovely Cara last Saturday my life has flipped 180 degrees for the better. I’ve been self healing and trying out my skills of sending distance reiki in advance to my day and trusting that all decisions made and actions are in divine order. I’m at university studying counselling and need to find myself a placement asap, up until today I’ve had about 10 rebuffs then bingo I get 2 offers in one day. Unreal 😳🙏🏻
