We offer a wonderful modernised two bed apartment in the heart of Caleta de fuste, minutes from the town and beach. It features a spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen has all the mod cons including breakfast bar seating, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The living area offers a 55” tv with all British channels including Netflix, iPlayer and more. The apartment offers unlimited fibre optic broadband offering fast speeds. The master bedroom features a comfy king size bed with Simba mattress, ample wardrobe space and drawer storage. The second bedroom has a twin bed configuration with plenty of storage. The living area and both bedrooms have ceiling fans operated by remote control. The bathroom is a modern versatile wet room with a walk in rainfall shower, vanity unit, led mirror with demister and toilet. There is a larger than average sun terrace which is secure and private (which gets the sun nearly all day) which features an oversized corner sofa and coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs and sun loungers. There is also a large refurbished communal swimming pool available for guest use although it is requested that the pool rules are adhered to at all times by any guests staying at the apartment please. In terms of location, the apartment is at the highly sought after Esmeralda complex which is in the heart of Caleta de fuste, just 150 yards to all the main bars and restaurants in town. Esmerelda complex is a private, gated residence and the access to the apartment’s private terrace (off the living room) is also gated and private so you can be rest assured of a safe and comfortable stay.
