Alltid god mat. Väljer alltid samma mat combo med ris och Bangkok befria.

If there had been an option to say zero I would have clicked it!
My first order through app was great but the 2nd time I ordered, food arrived 6.5 hrs later when they guarantee within 60 minutes + an item was missing !
Delivery guy said he’d only just got the order!!
Will not order again !!
This app is useless and delivery charge is not cheap at £ 4.99
It could have been a great service but will never use again.

Avoid. Ordered due to having a Chest infection. Order marked as delivered but I have received nothing. Contacted Customer service who will issue a refund 7-10 working days. No mention of me getting my order unless I put another one in. Will never use again,

Have tried to order several times. It is unacceptable the amount of product that is “Out of Stock”. This is an experiment that should have planned properly. Again we are limited to a “One Star” option. A zero or lower is my experience :-(((

It's a complete scam - and the range is appalling anyway - DO NOT USE

I ordered at 17:44 and by half 8 my order still hadn’t been delivered! I called their customer service and they said I need to wait for the delivery to arrive no matter what the time would be and turn the driver away myself to get the refund????so they are wasting my time and the drivers and not bothering to cancel / refund the order themselves. Absolute joke of a service

Köpte chicken noodles och det var det vidrigaste jag ätit. Ingen smak alls utan nudlar och kycklingen var genomdränkta i olja. Det gick inte att äta upp den.

Waited an hour only for them to cancel my order. Didn’t get an email to confirm this. Called customer service and was told the money would not be taken out of my bank.

Called them again to request a refund due to the fraudulent charge, They assured me the refund had already been processed.
Called my bank To see if they could see it on their end, as I couldn’t see it on my online banking. The refund has not been processed.
Do not use this service! Absolute shocking customer service. The agents on the phone do not know what they’re doing and can’t seem to understand questions when asked.

Using Sainsburys app to scan groceries via phone for in store shopping, out of thin air an item for 'chopchop delivery' of £675.06 was added to the bill !!

This is FRAUD.

Avoid Sainsburys, avoid chopchop.

Following up my previous review, I can confirm that I finally received my refund for cancellation of my order on 22nd December, however this was through my bank, NOT Chop Chop. Do not use this 'company'! After many unanswered emails,lip service from overseas customer service and unhelpful replies from Sainsburys, I would certainly not recommend and avoid at all costs!

Chopchop Mjölby: saknar stolar. 11 bord men inga stolar. Maten jättegod.

Never arrived. They rang to say they were down the road at a different house No?
Gave them directions and went out to meet them, no one there. Got a text saying order cancelled!
Complete waste of time and money.

Not sure what is happening at Sainsbury’s. The new ChopChop service is very poor. Had a phone call saying driver had arrived but no-one was there. Then had a text saying my order would be cancelled as I didn’t answer the door. In the meantime my order was delivered by a different, very pleasant, driver. More items were unavailable than in stock. Won’t use it again. Tesco Whoosh works like a dream.

Fruktansvärt dålig mat!! Katastrof!! Knappt ätbart..

3e gången jag testade. (Kalla mig dum, men de andra 2 gångerna har jag ätit sushi som varit GOD.) men denna gången tog jag varmrätt och det var KATASTROFALT. Kycklingen är så slimig att man inte vet om man äter kyckling eller fettklumpar, köttet var torrt och smakade alldeles för mycket salt och curry grytan som bara hade 1 chili i styrka var totalt oätbar även för mig som gillar hetta.

Trevligt ställe, god mat och trevlig personal.
