I shop at Sainsbury’s all the time but I need a few items so I thought I would try the chop service this is the first time I used this service and I was shocked I had someone else’s shopping turn up so I phoned them they said they would get back to me in half hour the man did phone me back said I won’t be getting my shopping I can keep the other person shopping and he is going to refund me I have had no email about refund and not been refunded yet will never use this again

God mat och jättetrevlig personal

God mat, bra utbud och jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Anledningen till att jag inte sätter 5 stjärnor är krånglet med disken efteråt - rörigt, kladdigt, svårt att förstå hur man ska sortera. Men oftast hjälper personalen till. (Enköpingsrondellen)

Avoid avoid avoid

I would give zero stars if this were possible. Took my money and confirmed the order and then just didn't show up. I called customer services and was promised a full refund. 11 days later, still no refund. Shocking service. Avoid!!!

First time user, Never again!

First time user. Chopchop Harlow only brought half the items. I believe you achieve the 60 minute time limit claimed everything else was not in stock like pickled onions, baked beans and bacon but they were in stock I went there to check. Eggs are old eggs flat when fried. Date is to 6 June Are they from Sainsburys? Wasted my freebie delivery on 3 items one substituted one old. Won’t use again!

Jag var på chop chop i Uppsala. Jag beställde mat. 16 bitars sushi att dela på. Stället var sunkigt och de städade för fullt. Jag började äta sushin. Den var väldigt god men…. Jag hade ätit upp halva sushin när jag hittade en kort metallbit. Jag visade metallbiten och de kollade på den och sa att vi fick nya 16 bitar sushi. Maten var god men METALL I MATEN är farligt!

Rubbish Sainsbury’s Chop Chop

Tried Sainsbury’s Chop Chop for first time and what a poor experience, totally unreliable. Confirmed post code was in area, made order and paid at 16:30, delivery due at 18:30. At 17:50 we had a notice saying order was cancelled. When we rang it was because we were 0.3 miles outside the 3 mile radius, despite all being ok when ordered. In addition, the system took £5.05 extra in case we were not in, and now we have to wait for its return despite the order being cancelled. Absolute rubbish, put us off using Sainsbury’s again let alone this ChopChop nonsense!

I’d have given minus if i could

Thought I’d try chop chop what a mistake I made. Ordered on 1st May at 12-05 waited till 1-50 still saying picking on the site. I phoned chop chop and told them to cancel the order I was going out and already late. As I was going out the door the man came I told him I’d cancelled it. He took it away. The payment said pending at my bank and they still collected the money. I’ve waited till today 12 days later for them to refund me, I’ve just rang chop chop and they say nothings online to say I didn’t get this order!! They’ve rang the store and the store dont keep records of orders. I’ve been made to feel I’m lying!!!! In the end she said I’ll get a refund in 5 days. Never again will I use chop chop. If I could I’d have given this review minus.

If I could rate a minus I would, as this just gets worse.twice I've had to ask fir refunds as my order never arrived, once I didn't get the refund and was given the runaround from store to customer service. It took me 5 weeks to get the money back. Last night I thought I'd try them one last time, ordered what I wanted, it was being picked and then after a while I had a message saying my order had been cancelled. On further investigation, I was told it was the actual courier that had cancelled the order, and had told the store it didn't want the order. Totally unprofessional and to say I was annoyed is an understatement. Sainsbury should look to be changing their courier service, as it's beyond belief that they can decide who get the order. Never again!!!!!!

Awful customer service and shopping experience

I was given a delivery time and a message to say the picker was gathering my things. One hour and 20 mins later I received another message to say they cancelled my order.

They left me waiting past my delivery window and they charged me. I had to ring their customer service helpline which were anything but helpful. Apparently there was an error with my address. Not once did anyone contact me to clear this up, which would have been extremely easy to do. Instead they left me waiting and now I've to wait 5 to 7 days for my refund.

I had 6 very hungry children waiting for that delivery. Not a reliable or professional service.

I'll never use this service again and the way Sainsbury's handled this, has left me not wanting to shop in Sainsbury's at all. I'll stick to Dunnes Stores.

Tragisk matförgiftning.

Brukar äta sushi här, helt ok för priset. Dock igår var jag där med tjejen och åt, vi beställde olika måltider och nu ligger hon i soffan med en hemsk matförgiftning. Vi tänkte först att det va maginfluensan då vi båda jobbar inom vården men jag mår hur bra som helst. Läste en artikel som släpptes förra året angående denna matkedjans mathantering och måste säga att man blir
besviken.

Kommer inte att komma tillbaka till er kedja.

Detta hände i Kalmar.

Bad quality food and total waste of money

Bad quality food! Totally waste of money!
Bring back the good old days best quality and fresh food. This Chop chop must have changed owner as there is no good quality in the food they are serving. Now they only served trash meat and old vegetables looks like recycled.
We ordered chicken pad thai, and meat are like trash slippery disgusting and mix match with plain poor rice quality with beef mushroom that contained bamboo shoots and very little thin mushroom slice and spicy lime chicken that taste like is has been prepared over two days ago dry meat. This new management have either cut the budget to the max or it has changed its owner.
The chop chop that we used to know who has the best quality of food is gone!!!!!!
Pls bring back the good quality of food.

Waited an hour and a half, just to have the order cancelled

I called to find out why, to be told, that the Uber driver couldn’t fulfil the order (there was 15 items on the order so I doubt that they were all out of stock!)

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Wish I could give ZERO stars. Absolutely appalling service!

They’re sub-contracting through Uber, and the customer service is shocking. I had a driver call me from the wrong address about half a mile away. Told me he couldn’t drive any further so he was taking my shopping back to Sainsbury’s, and then hung up on me!

I’m disabled and rely on home deliveries a lot. So back to Deliveroo for me! Sainsbury’s, what on earth are you doing? Suggest you leave it to the experts in fast delivery until you can control your customer experience and service.

18.30 onsdagen den 2/4 för att köpa med oss mat. Jag gick fram till kassan för att fråga angående innehåll i en av era rätter på grund av allergi.
En kille i 20-25 års ålder, lång, mörkhårig var så fruktansvärd nonchalant och otrevlig. Slänger ordagrant upp en pärm med innehållsförteckning på disken framför mig. ”Du får väl kolla här om något passar dig” säger han.
Jag försöker läsa och frågar om det är så att dom lagar maten på plats om han kan fråga om dom kan göra utan.
Han himlar med ögonen suckar och säger nej.
Den här personen gjorde så vi aldrig någonsin kommer sätta vår fot på chop chop igen!
Fullkomligt oacceptabelt beteende!
