It was a great and awesome experience.
It was a nice and awesome experience interacting with Cristine concerning my pension contributions that has been held down for too long. I was so happy she took her time to explain the reasons why the contributions is being held and also assist me with the process on how to retrieve the payment back from my employer.

Very poor experience with Collegia…
Very poor experience with Collegia Pension. The app doesn’t work, and after reporting the same issue twice, it’s still not fixed a month later. The lack of response and urgency is unacceptable for a pension service. I would not recommend it.

Great experience compared to other providers
Working in payroll, I deal with several pension providers, but my experience with Collegia has been by far the best. Their service really stands out – other providers could learn a lot from them. 😊

Great provider!

Is a big scam I still waiting for transfer from them to my provider and still say
The last payment was made in August, which triggered the government contribution shortly thereafter. This contribution may take up to 30 days to be processed.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. As we explained, your employer made the last contribution on 14 August 2025. This triggered the Relief at Source process, where HMRC adds the government tax top-up to your pension. HMRC schedules these payments approximately two months later - in your case, 21 October 2025 - in line with their standard procedure for all pension schemes.
We understand waiting can be frustrating, but please rest assured your funds are completely safe and the process is moving as expected. As soon as HMRC releases the payment, it will be transferred to your chosen provider.

So much better than IRIS
Changed both of my companies to this Free Payroll from IRIS this year. It's a very intuitive payroll and pensions package and I have found it very easy to use speaking as a small company director and not a payroll person. The staff like it, emailed payslips and their own login. The auto enrolment feature for their pension packages has helped both the company and the employees as it's smooth, not clunky and overbearing. In a nutshell just so much better than IRIS (and NEST)
