We specialise in checking and processing Basic Disclosure applications and provide support and advice specifically for the Basic Disclosure Online Application. We do not currently handle applications for Standard or Enhanced DBS checks although we may be able to advise on who you need to contact if you do require a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.

Could not do the right enhanced dbs, but was refunded.
After a long and informative phone call from Ross, I was refunded my application fee. I did have a problem and is now resolved.
I didn't like the online messaging as this can create bad communication and misinformation for both.
Thanks again Ross for reaching out.

Great service from Ross
After several messages to and fro regarding queries I had, which were answered, I wanted to clarify a few things with Ross, who I had been in contact with. He gave me a call and went through everything, helping me to receive a refund without any fuss. He was very helpful and gave great service, without question.

Terrible service
Terrible service. No number to ring and no one gets back to you when you complete the contact form for days. The application boxes on the form do not work properly and you cannot proceed. Very slow and painful process.

Great support
Following a request for a support call, Ross arranged a call at a time to suit me to discuss my queries. He was very knowledgeable whilst also acknowledging that the process and legislation can be confusing. He emphasised the need for fully exploring legislation and the choices we made with regards to the options selected, and how this protects our business. He was able to suggests other areas that we can access for guidance and support. He highlighted areas of our account that required updating so in effect we had a full review of our system and services available to us.
