Ordered on line initially and had to get help, the young lady who answered the phone right on home time, couldn't have been more helpful. Picked the item up the next day Day and again the staff were great.

I highly recommend Diamonds Camera. I rang to enquire about a camera marked as "low stock" on the website and spoke to Sean, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and double-checked that the camera was in stock before I ordered. Dispatch took place within the hour and the camera arrived the next business day - from Adelaide to country NSW. So quick!

Diamonds Camera sold me a faulty Polaroid camera and/or film, ruining my photos from day one (Christmas!). At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took the hit on the cost of the film, assuming that was the issue. But when it became clear the camera itself might be defective, I contacted them for a return to check it out.

Instead of taking responsibility for selling a faulty product, they refused to pay the return postage – which is legally their obligation under Australian Consumer Law. Not only did they refuse to do the right thing, but they were also shockingly rude about it. They couldn’t care less about their customers once they’ve taken your money.

I have proof that the camera was defective from day one, yet Diamonds Camera is trying to dodge accountability. This is now being pursued through NSW Fair Trading and SA’s Consumer and Business Affairs. Their arrogance and lack of ethics are disgraceful.
If you value your hard-earned money, AVOID DIAMONDS CAMERA AT ALL COSTS. They sell faulty products, ignore their responsibilities, and treat customers with contempt. Go to a reputable retailer instead.

My email account although valid, was not active, ONLY option was to ring support. Not an option on a Sunday night! Also Password reset was offered, but as the account was not active did not allow me to go any further. Bit of a cluster cluck. Also the Arrogance of YOUR Trustpilot 'Tell us about your experience' First Line says. "What went wrong this time?" (on a two star reply, bit arrogant.

Helpful on the phone to find the product I needed. I live in country so he gave me the product code so I could order it. It arrived quickly.

The price for the Epson V850 scanner I ordered was the best I could find online that was not a grey market import. I wanted an Australian warranty.
Though out of stock at the time of ordering, their promotional price was honoured and the scanner was actually shipped a lot earlier than anticipated. Communication was good throughout. I would certainly recommend them.
For IT equipment I only deal with companies that can be contacted by phone and have an actual street address.
