Painfully slow delivery time
Painfully slow delivery time. If I had gone with Golfbox the club would have arrived in 2- 3 days. Instead it took over 2 weeks for a stock club straight off the shelf.

Thanks for leaving this feedback and the opportunity to address any misunderstanding.
The club that you selected was actually a Custom Order, built just for you.
Custom order clubs will usually take a minimum of 20 business days as the orders are placed direct with the supplier to be built to your specification (shaft, flex, grip and loft) and an acknowledgement of this lead time needs to be ticked prior to being able to place this order.
You would have also received a Custom Order confirmation the next day once your order was lodged with the supplier - this was sent Oct 1, 2024 9:07:14 AM.
We are sorry if this was not what you were expecting and if we've let you down in any way. We do try to make the process as clear as possible, but we also welcome all feedback on ways we can improve in future. Please feel free to reach out to our team at customercare@drummondgolf.com with any suggestions on where we could make this better for future transactions.

MGI warranty repair

They didn’t have stock of the golfballs…
They didn’t have stock of the golfballs that I originally order so they offered me the next grade of ball for the same price.

Quick & Easy
Joined up to their life membership as I was finding that I was purchasing more gear than I thought...now I'll get that extra off plus a few other extras. The process was done online, it was easy & communications from them was quick. If you're into your golf, it's a great idea to think Drummond. There are other & maybe cheaper places to go for equipment but don't be afraid to ask about price matching, I found that they had no problems matching as long as it fits into their low price guaranty policy... happy days.

Buying clubs for a beginner
Went to buy a full set of clubs for my son. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. No pressure. Staff member setup my son on the simulator (21 yr old who had only used a driver at a range with no real understanding of how to hit irons) and then spent almost an hour patiently encouraging him through the cheapest sets up to maximum we could afford. There was no intensive upsell. It was all relaxed . What stood out was the honesty. He gave my sin a $900 driver to use to compare with the stock clubs in the sets. And then showed him on the simulator how he was hitting better with the stock one. We walked out with a bazooka set and a smile. Great experience. Thank you Drummond Cairns.
