Eightfold Property deserved more than…
Eightfold Property deserved more than five star ratings, they're simply the best because i've lived in rental accomodation for decades and no other estate agents does it better than Eightfold Property. Their customer care and service is second to none. The staff are friendly, always patient and ready to help out. I have nothing but praise for Eightfold Property!

Eightfold Property have yet again
Eightfold Property have yet again, and year on year let all my company's student rooms in Brighton. Not easy in the current market.
As a professional developer and landlord, their proactive approach, friendly service and high conversion rate leaves me able to concentrate solely on creating further products in the confidence they’ll be let and managed quickly and efficiently without any fuss, hassle or noise. Gold dust!

Good service
My brother recently moved out of a property managed by Eightfold. He had no issues at all. Communication was good and all staff were friendly and helpful. They have a good system to report faults and repairs were made in a reasonable time frame too. The moving out was managed well also. Would not hesitate to use them.

Nothing but hassle and rudeness
Nothing but hassle and rudeness. Our tenancy ended over a month ago, I have been promised the deposit money would be returned about 6 different times over 2 weeks and we still have not had it.
Staff have been overall generally unhelpful and rude, despite it being a 'busy time' as they say, they've known our tenancy end date since the beginning of the contract so there is really no excuse. Would not recommend.
As a response to the reply from eightfold, if they spent more time responding to the two emails from me they have ignored in the last 24 hours and less time responding to trustpilot reviews, they may be able to solve my issues.

I'm not sure where these comments are coming from, as I can see in our system that your deposit has already been returned and was paid into your account directly to the details you provided. Please get in contact with the office and we will look into this for you.
