Lovely products at a good price

I have bought a House Doctor throw from Ella James. The throw is lovely but there should have been more infos about the throw in the description! I assumed it was 100% cotton and washable and it is NOT! I am very disappointed the throw is a mix of cotton and acrylic and NOT cotton mix and it cannot be washed/tumbled dried/ironed or dried cleaned!

They refuse to respond to multiple emails, took forever to ship my package, and completely messed up the customs process, leading to my credit card information being leaked to the courier and charged without my consent.
