I had a problem with with a fireangel going off continuously with no smoke present. Nikkita arranged a prompt replacement

I have adjusted the review because they did respond via trust pilot and still sent a new copy. Thank you for that.
I got a neat response to that I am entitled to warranty. The fire alarm would be delivered within 10-15 working days. Unfortunately not received. Also no response to my reminder emails. Unfortunately, Robbie Rike therefore gets 1 star.

I had a problem with a battery failing early. I contacted the customer service with pictures of dates on bottom of alarm&got a very quick reply from Nikkita who managed my warranty claim .a replacement alarm has been sent out and I have now received .as a company fire angel have given a first class customer service. if all there agents are as helpful and efficient as nakkita then they have a great customer service. team,that they should be very proud of. Contacted them last night about what I thought was a fault with my carbon monoxide unit I received a email back just after eight this morning from a Robbie, who explained how to test my unit again and explained to me other questions I had about the unit. After a couple of emails back and forth Robbie was very helpful, knowledgeable and importantly reassured me that my unit was working and safe.

Couldn't fault the customer service provided by Nikkita.
Had a small issue with a smoke alarm, which was replaced with no quibble. I wish more companies were this easy to deal with.

The Customer Service Team, Robbie, Alan and Sophia, were excellent. Each time I called, they answered the phone within seconds. They were extremely polite, very helpful and efficient, and a pleasure to talk to. A resolution to the issue was accomplished very quickly. I am almost 70 years old and must say, this is the best sales aftercare that I have ever experienced. The quality of Fireangels' staff is second to none. They are a credit to the Company.

I wrote to fireangel with a problem, and the next day a lovely lady called Carol called me. She listened to my problem was very polite and sorted it out to my complete satisfaction.

Battery replaced under 10 year guarantee after a simple phone call and follow up email. Excellent customer service

Great service replacing 2 heat alarms when 10 year batteries ran out after 5. New alarms in post.

Nikkita and Sophia were great helps in the after support of supplying me with a replacement alarm. They gave details on delivery and also stated how they would continue to help if delivery was not what was expected. They also gave a detailed account of how to disguard of my old alarm which I found quite helpful.

I had a fault with a smoke alarm and was sent a replacement straight away after sending an email.
(It was under warranty by a couple of months.)

Our FireAngel smoke alarm was fitted by the Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service some 2 years ago. Over the last few weeks it seemed to be faulty. I contacted FireAngel asking for advice on the unit. They replied to my query the same day. They told me that they would send me a replacement alarm, at no cost. It arrived, as promised, today. I fitted it and I feel happy that we now have the fire protection we need. Thank you FirreAngel for excellent customer service. You deserve the 5 stars we gave you.

I have purchased Fire Angel Smoke Alarms for several years now and never had any issues apart from one that randomly went off for no reason, I called Fire Angel and they agreed to replace it immediately.

I had a issue with a smoke alarm, reported it to FireAngel and within a few hours with the great help from Nikkita they are sending me out a replacement unit

Ik had problemen met een rookmelder.
Ik ben zeer vriendelijk geholpen door Robbie en ik heb mijn hele verhaal verteld.
Ik kreeg een handleiding hoe het probleem mogelijk op te lossen. Helaas is dit niet gelukt en ik heb dit gemeld.
Uiteindelijk krijg ik een nieuwe melder opgestuurd.
Hier word ik echt blij van, wat een service!
