On the morning of my kitchen fit I was let down by a electrician, one call to GD Property Solutions they had a electrician out on the same day to carry out the work that should have been carried out by someone else. The sparky sent was very professional and got the job done in no time to allow the kitchen to still be fitted. Will definitely be using again for any electrical needs in the future. 10/10.

Really great service from the word go! From the very friendly Dan when first enquired, to the very nice plumber who came to sort an issue with my toilet out. He also put sealant round the whole shower room! Thoroughly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you!

Same day service for a leak that meant I had no water supply. Although they had trouble getting to me quickly I was kept informed of what was happening, I found this very reassuring.

I had water pouring through the ceiling and naturally I was panicking! I called GD Property Solutions, they talked me through the details and I had a plumber out within 2 hours. Absolute lifesavers, I’ve saved their number on my contacts in case I need them again

Called GD for an electrical fault, needing help within a particular time scale. Dan could have not been more helpful in accommodating my quite specific needs. Matthew, the electrician, was punctual, reassuring and efficient. I was very pleased with his work, and he went above and beyond in providing information as to the likely cause of the problem and how to proceed, which was invaluable. Would not hesitate to use again

Came out in a few hours of calling them with new tap fit it, very pleased with Joel did lovely job highly recomend very polit and clean tidy job Thank you Joel

We had issues with our boiler and rang up to see if GD Property Solutions could help us which they did. Dan was very helpful and even followed up after the work was completed to check for satisfaction. Definitely will use them again!

Contacted GD Property Solutions earlier today regarding a leak, they advised an engineer would be with me within 2 hours, engineer arrived within the hour and quickly sorted the issue before any major damage was caused.

Contacted GD property solutions though their website, they confirmed I would get someone out within 5 hours, the engineer arrived in 3 hours and sorted the problem I was having. Great service overall.
