Change your name to "Incompetence & Dishonesty Auctions"
After I paid the invoice I was notified by Grandview that one item was damaged and would not be shipped, however I was never issued a refund for this item that I paid for. The auction house failed to issue a refund for this item.
Secondly, I was charged S&H for both items, and the item I did receive was much smaller and lighter compared with the item not received, so I should also have received a significant shipping refund. The auction house failed to provide a proper shipping refund.
Aside from these profound and glaring failures Grandview failed to communicate in an appropriate and honest manner.
