I’ve now been waiting for 2 weeks for a withdrawal of £500. I’m being given the run around by support. They’d rather you cancel the withdrawal, keep playing and lose the money. They are thieves with no intention of paying. Contact your bank and request a chargeback if you also have been scammed

Unfortunately I’ve been waiting 5 days for my ID to be verified and now no one is responding to my emails. Support haven’t been helpful and I now believe this is a scam casino. I will now have to dispute the transactions with my bank and seek chargebacks - which anyone is entitled to in the EU for things such as this. So disappointing as the casino games are great. Highly unlikely now my withdrawal will be processed

Great bonus and lots of games
