This is my second Soxon "helper". I can't recommend this helper enough. It is a top tool which works better than all the other sock helpers I have used. I needed a new one to hold ready as my first one is begining to break away through use. I would like to suggest the "pull tapes" should be fixed to pull on the frame not the cover other than that it is pretty much perfect.

Sorry - pressed the wrong star. The handgrabber has not yet been used, but I have had it demonstrated for me and can see how useful it will be as I have shoulder problems and cannot raise arms easily.

Not being able to reach my feet or lower legs I needed something to clean my feet, so the toe cleaning one was great, however I am also only 4ft 9in and the other two aids were far too long for me and even though we have a large shower the handles kept hitting the glass door.
Perhaps a shorter version could be made

They informed me that these devices have a lifetime guarantee and they could send out a new one if I gave them evidence of the purchase. It hasn't been received yet but the response was quick, human, helpful and generous in my view. Well done - it was quite an old model.
