We ordered the Boxer No 5, brown and White stripe dog ID tag.
When it arrived it, although our invoice confirmed we had ordered Boxer No.5 the picture was nothing like what we had asked for, therefore it looks nothing like our dog. In fact what we received wasn't even an option. We sent an email with photographs to show what we ordered and what we received and asked for either a refund or the tag we ordered. We had no response. We sent another email, repeating the information from the previous and once again was sent no reply. We then received an email asking us to review our experience, so sent another email explaining that any review wouldn't be favourable and to please get in touch about our problem. That also had no response. So this is my review, as we had a second email pointing out we hadn't reviewed yet. We have used Hoobynoo in the past and had no problems. The product is always nice quality and mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service has left us out of pocket with a personalised dog ID that looks nothing like our dog and defeats the object of paying extra to get something personalised. We have given up any hope of rectifying the problem and have gone elsewhere to buy something else.

Great choice of really lovely tags. They are top quality yet good value. The turnaround time is fast and everything is packaged very well. Lots of options for delivery too. Altogether a delight to shop with Hoobynoo. They are a brilliant team.
