Excellent customer service
We just bought our hot tub from the Branch at Ruxley Manor. The customer service from Gill was exceptional. We have been shopping around for a hot tub for 3 years and could not decide but Gill helped us choose the right tub for our family. We are very happy with the choice she recommended us and she was so friendly and professional too. Thank you.

Great company great service
From start to finish this company has been great for us.
We love our hot tub and we love the hot tub team.
Tracey from the start was lovely and guided us through the whole process of what would best suit us in terms of our needs for a hot tub.
The installation guys were fast and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves.
Great company to buy from and a great experience all round l, we would definitely go back to them.
