Une expérience parfaitement conforme à mes attentes.
C’est ma deuxième greffe de cheveux, je connaissais donc bien le processus. J’ai pu poser toutes mes questions, négocier les points importants pour moi, et la clinique a répondu présente du début à la fin. Une équipe très professionnelle et experte dans son domaine.

Conseil aux futurs patients : informez-vous bien sur votre état capillaire et sur ce dont vous avez réellement besoin. Cela facilite énormément l’échange avec la clinique.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et particulièrement à Hafsa, l’interprète, qui a assuré toutes les négociations avant et pendant mon séjour. Son accompagnement a été essentiel.

L’organisation sur place est impeccable :

hôtel accueillant,

transports en VTC bien coordonnés,

aéroport à environ 45 minutes,

clinique facilement accessible selon la circulation.

Hygiène : irréprochable.

Prévoyez simplement un petit budget pour les repas du soir et éventuellement quelques achats à l’aéroport.

En résumé

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix : environ 2 500 € pour une personne (hors avion).
La prise en charge est complète, du début à la fin, avec un suivi après l’intervention.

Very happy with the whole experience. From initial contact with Hugo, to the procedure, logistics, and aftercare package. Everything exceeded my expectations. Very reasonable price. Completely painless procedure as was sedated. They take care of everything from your arrival at the airport to returning. So you don’t need the extra worry of arranging any of that. Thank you Hugo and team. If I ever need a ‘top up’ I will be sure to return to HWT. I would recommend anyone who is interested in to watch the YouTube videos provided by HWT before you go.

I have just had my 2nd hair transplant with HWT clinic, 1st on in February and second one completed in November. My experience was very positive with the Hugo and the medical team. The price is very fair and the results speak for themselves. A special mention to Hugo as he answers any questions or queries I had throughout the year since my first one and has been nothing but helpful. Would highly recommend the clinic.

Tout particulièrement la traductrice française qui a étais parfaite depuis watts app et à la clinique.
Le processus de consultation a été clair et détaillé, ce qui m'a permis de comprendre toutes les étapes de l’intervention. Les spécialistes ont répondu à toutes mes questions avec patience et expertise, ce qui m'a rassuré.
L'intervention s'est déroulée dans un cadre confortable et bien équipé. Je suis particulièrement satisfait du résultat Apres 1 semaine.

I had my hair transplant at HWT in Istanbul about four weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and care.

From the very first consultation, Hugo guided me through the entire process and made sure everything was organized. On the day of my operation, I was warmly welcomed by the team. After the routine blood test and ECG, I had my consultation with Dr. Mehmet Can Saki—a highly skilled and experienced surgeon, also a member of the European and Turkish Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons. I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better surgeon.

Alongside him, Dr. Onur Karayel, the DHI specialist, performed the surgery flawlessly and completely pain-free. I also want to highlight Hafsa, who supported me throughout the day, ensuring everything went smoothly—she’s truly a credit to the clinic. Finally, Dr. Asuman Dinçer, the anesthesia specialist, made the entire procedure completely comfortable and painless.

The clinic also arranged all logistics, including airport transfers and hotel pick up which made the whole experience stress-free.

If anyone is considering a hair transplant, I cannot recommend HWT in Istanbul highly enough. You will be in the best hands and receive world-class treatment.

Am Khaled miah…It was a great experience, went on few recommendation, the staffs were great( translator(HAFSA she was best, HUGO always on watsup, always there to answer any questions, very helpful, operation was easy, painless, next day was little uncomfortable but normal, it’s my fourth day today, back home, and Hugo still responding to my concern on watsup. Very well organized process from start to finish. Coming from the US, I did quite a bit of research since chest/abdomen hair implants are not only very uncommon in America, they’re expensive. I contacted HWT Clinic a little less a month before my procedure since I already had a pre planned/pre booked vacation to Turkey coming up and most correspondence was done through WhatsApp. The clinic was quick to reply and quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price for 3000 grafts. When I arrived in Istanbul, they arranged transfers to/from my hotel for the procedure and follow up, and everyone I met at the clinic was kind, helpful, and took great care of me. I’m home now following the very detailed instructions for aftercare and the pain/swelling have been fairly minimal. I look forward to seeing the results over the next few months, but based on my experience, I would highly recommend HWT Clinic if you’re looking for something besides a standard hair transplant, although I’m sure they do those quite well too. Ask for a consult and they will tell you if you’re a good candidate (or not, like my partner LOL) and arrange everything else for you.

Can’t thank Hugo and all of the team at HWT Enough, communication from start to finish was brilliant, the facilities at the clinic are absolutely spotless, the procedure it’s self was also very smooth and pain free, my return flight time wasn't great, but the team at HWT had someone open the clinic early for me to ensure I got my first wash before leaving, I would and already have highly recommended HWT.

My husband had his surgery in this clinic. After that, two more of our friends went there. The third time I went myself. What I saw shocked me! I will never be able to recommend this place again. Stay away! I'll start with the most shocking thing - they performed my surgery in a non-sterile room! All the doctors were without disposable gowns, without masks. They all used mobile phones for household purposes during the procedure.
I was lying on the operating table in the STREET shoes I came in!!!! The shirt they put on me - they took it out of the laundry basket before my eyes (I don't believe that this actually happened). What kind of institution is this??? You should lose your medical license! Thank you for not giving me an infection or blood poisoning! The date of my operation is April 15, 2025 - you can check on the cameras.

Clinic très accueillante, au petit soin de leurs clients. J’ai été suivi de A à Z depuis le début où je les ai contacté et cela fait maintenant plus de 2 ans et ils prennent régulièrement des nouvelles de moi. La Clinic HWT a été professionnel et grâce à eux j’ai pu récupéré les cheveux que j’avais perdu.. aujourd’hui je profite pleinement de mes cheveux et je suis très satisfait du résultat obtenue 😁

Je reviens de Istanbul, greffe capillaire effectué a la clinique Dunia Hwtclinic tous c est très bien déroulé.
Acceuil à l Aéroport transfert j usqua l hôtel impeccable.
A la clinique Médecin et assistantes très compétents dans une clinique impeccable.
Hafsa est très professionnel et réactive elle répond a toutes les questions avant l arrivée a Istanbul et pendant toute la durée du séjour , elle m a rassuré et donné toutes les explications.
Je recommande cette clinique. J ai aussi fait des soins dentaires le dentiste et les assistantes sont très compétents.

Mais surtout, je veux remercier du fond du cœur Hafsa, qui a été LA personne clé dans ma décision de franchir le cap. Toujours à l’écoute, rassurante, disponible et d’une bienveillance rare, elle a su me guider avec patience et confiance du début à la fin.

C’est simple : sans elle, je n’aurais probablement jamais osé me lancer. Aujourd’hui, je ne regrette rien, bien au contraire. Grâce à elle, j’ai retrouvé plus que des cheveux : une confiance en moi, une image qui me ressemble, et un nouveau départ.

I came to Turkey for my hair transplant because I knew people that had been here before but that didn’t stop me from being nervous. I was put at ease straight from airport pick up. Everyone at the clinic was helpful and very professional. The hotel was amazing and the food was lovely. The clinic was clean and spotless. I couldn’t get all the area done in one go so will have to come back but I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than HWT. Professional, clean and spotless. Massive thank you to Hugo for being there whenever I had a question no matter how trivial and well done to everyone involved in my transplant. I can’t rate them high enough.
