Overall a great experience consulting online

Overall, the experience was great. However, it started on a not-so-great note. A detailed description of my symptoms got a non-committal response from Dr. Rajesh Gulati "Hi, you should check your std panel,
urine culture, semen culture done. Should take antibiotics, anti inflammatory medications". Even I know this as a patient who has suffered from past instances of the disease.

My case was later referred to Dr. Sandhya Narayanan Kutty, who gave a detailed prognosis and prescription even explaining all the medicines. That was what I was expecting and kudos to iCliniq for making this possible.

Save your money!!

The doctor did not address my concern and I wasted more money than I had expected!!!

They take money but you don't get answers

THEY TAKE MONEY BUT DON'T GIVE ANSWERS.
They deleted my question and took my money, I had paid for a question and paid to upload dicom files. I have sent multiple email's They say 'we will check this immediately and get back to you'. I have been waiting months for an answer, they just keep saying 'we will check this immediately and get back to you' never do. I don't think there is any doctors their because my question was quite specific and they didn't know the answer, so they decided to delete my question and remove my money from my wallet and thought I would not say anything. They are corrupt and ripping people off when they are in need of support, this is disgusting and should be ashamed of them selves

Top class Dr. is just an email away.

It was middle of the night, when you can't reach any Dr. Only option is to go to emergency room. In my case this was difficult, since I didn't have transport ready. I was having severe leg cramps repeatedly! I decided to search Google. I landed on iCliniq. Web site stated it might take 24 hours.But I was optimistic. I was much relieved when I got a reply from one gentleman Dr. who was kind enough to look into my case and I received a simple solution to my problem within 6-8 hrs. These people are doing a great job. Thank you Dr. and iCliniq.
