A disappointing experience

I have had a partial refund because they could not find my address for delivery, we have a legitimate New Zealand address. We have never had a problem ever with any overseas orders, delivering to us. Also what is the point of paying for a manual when they have not sent the tool to use. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend .

I'm really sorry for the frustration this has caused. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

There was a mismatch between the city and postcode on the delivery address, which is why our team reached out to you several times to verify the correct details. Without confirmation we weren't able to safely dispatch the Scarab.

To put this right, I've now processed a full refund for the digital guide as well. Please keep The Inner Landscape with our compliments as a small gesture of goodwill. For clarity, The Inner Landscape is a standalone acupressure guide. The Scarab itself comes with its own printed leaflet and digital guide on how to use it included in the box.

If you'd ever like to try the Scarab again, please reply to our previous emails and I'll personally help arrange it.

I am in love with the products

I am in love with the products. My skin lools better and my rosacea got reduced..also the cones are good for relaxing my muscles around the jaw which is a relief
