After the last manager who was truly painful the two guys working it now are great to deal with

AVOID! Went to Harrogate to have three new tyres fitted at a cost of £371.21. Went for a short walk during the fitting. When I returned, the new tyres were on the car, but the fitter told me that he had removed a nail that was causing a puncture in the old tyre that I was not replacing. He said he had fixed it and it would only cost me £20 if I paid him cash directly as opposed to £35 if we did it through the books. This was obviously his little side hustle, there was no puncture and no nail in the tyre.
When I got home, I decided to phone the manager just to check to see if this was legitimate. He was not the least bit interested, he’s obviously in on the scam himself. I will never be using them again.

Got a flat tyre after hitting a pothole on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend. They couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I got the car towed there and they got it straight in and fixed 20 minutes later - very happy with the service and price

changed tyre that didn't need doing. Instead of explaining what was the issue they just happily took the money and kept the replaced but perfectly fine tyre

Excellent service and advice

Have used this centre for few years, there was new staff this time, Related to Harrogate branch, 5 customer arrived after me and all of them were served before me, although they started my job straight away but finished 2 other tyres changes and a puncture job before me although they all came after me, took almost an hour just to replace one tyre

Fitted 5 new tyres which were ordered online to some old 1970s wheels. Took great care and I was very happy with their service. One wheel was quite pitted and the new tyre was flat the following day. They were happy to remove the tyre and then refit it a few days later once I had cleaned up the wheel and repainted it. First class service from Harrogate branch.
