Excellent service.
We had appt at 2.30pm on Friday. Arrived at 1pm and the young chap in the office was very welcoming and arranged to put on the new tyres straight away. He was very helpful and did a great job. Would recommend him and Just Tyres very highly.

Just Tyres Solihull served me at booked slot sharply. The speed of tyres replacement is very fast with professional and conscientious services. Very good services.

Friendly enough staff, just abit careless.
Had 4 tyres changed and come back with two new scuffs from the jacks left to rest on the body work, and 2 damaged alloy wheels one looks like it was dragged along the floor and the other where the impact wrench and chipped the paint.

I recently ordered tyres from Just Tyre on 27-02-2026 (Order No: 150666), and overall, the experience ended on a very positive note thanks to excellent customer service and professional in-store support.

Initially, I had been tracking the price of an all-season tyre and was ready to place the order. However, when I went ahead, I noticed the price had suddenly increased by £28 within a short time. This was quite frustrating and confusing. When I called customer service, I was told that prices can change every hour, which honestly didn’t sound convincing and left me quite disappointed.

At that point, I was seriously considering going elsewhere. However, I decided to reach out via the website chat, and that completely changed the experience. The advisor I spoke with was extremely helpful—she quickly identified that the price difference was due to a change in store location (from Birmingham to Solihull). She clarified everything clearly, helped me switch back, and even provided a discount code to resolve the issue.

That level of support really restored my confidence.

When I visited the shop, the technicians were equally impressive. They were efficient, professional, and got the tyre fitted, balanced, and aligned in no time. They also checked my brakes, gave honest advice, and provided a very competitive quote—actually the cheapest I’ve received so far.

Overall, despite the initial confusion, the way the team handled the situation was outstanding. Big thanks to both the customer service team and the in-store staff—I’ll definitely be returning to Just Tyre in the future.

Excellent service. Unfortunately the tyres i ordered weren't delivered on time but to compensate the Solihull branch gave me a free wheel alignment. Tyre delivery was out of their control but I was very pleased with the service offered and they fitted me in the next day although they were technically fully booked.

Straight in no messing fifteen minutes before my appointment time free wheel alignment check overall good service

Bought a Kumho tyre lasted less than a year 8k miles when enquired it’s tracking or suspension ,. Tracking adjusted just after tyres fitted passed 2 MOTs no suspension faults found . The 5 year warranty was a total waste will always blame the car. The tyre should have been sent for a report .

Fantastic service from Just Tyres at Solihull. I was really stressing about my Diamond cut alloy wheel but I needn’t have worried the guys did a fantastic job & took great care of my wheel whilst they fitted my new tyre. Will definitely use Just Tyres Solihull again.
