Awful!

Awful!! It started giving me dry mouth, dry throat and ulcers just after a day of use. There is something really wrong with the ingredients of this one!

Purchased new jUUL 2 from Superdrug yesterday 3/10/22. Had the JUUL 1 given to me by local stop smoking last year. They failed after a few months had 2 but didn’t register them. Well started smoking again but now decided to try again. This time I wanted to register my device. QR code takes me nowhere and trying to register an ac takes me nowhere also. I fill the initial form then it says verify my age but doesn’t move. I would like my 2 year warranty as stated.

Nothing but problems with this device

Nothing but problems with this device, had to return two batteries because that stopped working, and the pods are hit-and-miss.

Had 4 pods lock up with faulty warning lights, making them unusable. Cost me money, and can't be bothered anymore returning faulty equipment.

Buy at your peril.

Awful

I go through one pod a day because it ALWAYS leaks. It's the worst e-cig I've ever used. Don't buy one. What did I get back from support? 'Remove the pod, wipe away any liquid residue and reinsert the pod'. Hmm...nope, not good enough.

Very disappointed

I bought Juul 2 a while and I’m very disappointed specially with the pods is always spilling and is a waste of liquid the flavours are good but the pods spillage is a waste of money need to clean up all the time very disappointed with it

The original Juul was great but I only…

The original Juul was great but I only ever used golden tobacco. Autumn tobacco tastes rank and I also find the liquid doesn’t heat as quickly so you end up sort of just bubbling it for the first several drags. Juul 2 is so bad it makes me now want to just give up vaping entirely so thanks I guess?

Don’t waste your time, or money. I bought their product, it failed after 1 day. Their warranty Involves a drawn out process, (10-14 days!!!). In that time, how many people have bought another device ? AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Rubbish

I tried the juul 2 as a stop smoking device. The cartridges leak once clicked onto the device if not stored upright. Not impressed at all. What a waste of money

Went from 30 Cigs a day to 0, thanks Juul!

So I've never tried the original Juul so can't comment on that. I originally spotted the Juul2 while browsing Argos (for something different!) and thought I'll give that a go. I smoked around 25-30 Regal Kingsize per day so quite a heavy smoker but as the starter pack was £9.99 thought it's worth a try. Wasn't sure what to expect but WOW. 3 weeks in now and went from that amount of cigarettes to 0 and don't even fancy one at all. I've subscribed to Juul directly on their website to get the free device (use as a spare) and 2 pack pods for £4.99. Downloaded the app and I've been on 1 pod per day since I started according to my insights. I just love it. Had no leaks (so far!) that some talk about and it's just so much more convenient, no smell, waay cheaper and no cigarette cravings, not sure whats not to love?! The only thing I wish is that there was a portable charger like there was for the original Juul but hopefully that's in the pipeline?

Initial look and use of this product was good, until a cartridge leaked while unit was lying down which is the default position, so i cannot give more that 3 star review.

Bring back original juul

I was excited to try the Juul 2, the new charging port makes it hard to charge when out. The pod flavours aren’t great, much prefer the menthol & golden tobacco in the original Juul & they leak everywhere. Not had a single pod that hasn’t peaked yet. It’s also difficult to see when the pods empty now. I’ll be looking for an alternative.

JUUL 2 is a mistake.

I was a faithful original JUUL user, and only liked the Golden Tobacco flavor pods. Since they’re no longer sold (because of the “super amazing” JUUL 2, I was forced to try it with the Autumn Tobacco (which I assume is supposed to be the replacement for Golden Tobacco). It tastes nothing like it, and the rest of the flavors are all menthol. Idk when companies started making every flavor with menthol, but it sucks. Why fix something that isn’t broken? On a positive note, I don’t even feel the craving to vape because JUUL 2 is so bad.

Avoid buying from this company!

I really don't get it I am ordering 99% of my stuff online. With this company I am referring to JUUL.co.uk I have to make tens of attempts before I put in a successful order in. C'mon guys get your act together!!!!
If there is something wrong with the order just clearly state what it is, don't just silently fail is sooo annoying.
I am giving up on JUUL it was my favourite e-cigarette, but I am not supporting rubbish online experience. Totally fed-up bye, bye.

They send offers you cannot buy

So Juul kindly sent me an offer through the post which I wanted to use but the website wont allow me to purchase the items or in fact apply the offer. They really need to work more closely with their marketing department or the agency they use.
