I ordered a blender 4 weeks ago. It still hasn't arrived and I can't contact the company.

Scam, I ordered from here just like many other for Christmas with adequate time. Please see google reviews to get full picture

Ordered air fryer, after I sent email querying when it would arrive I received one gushing email thanking me for patience and saying delivery would be before Christmas. No air fryer and now not able to contact this company despite ringing emailing and using their supposed online chat !

If I could write a zero star I would.
I have had the same issues as everyone else on here. Looks like the company was a new incorporation just in time for Black Friday sales. Managed to get their fake ninja air fryer up to the top of Google shopping products and pumped it out at just slightly below all the other retailers, making themselves look relatively legit.
Ordered on 20th November and had a couple of emails from them kicking the can down the road until 23rd December delivery. Still no delivery as of 29th December! Tried to cancel but no reply to any emails.
What a scam.

Unfortunately, it appears this company is a scam. Order placed on 28th November received an e-mail advising of short delay. Received another e-mail assuring a phone call and delivery by their in house team on 22nd 23rd December and heard nothing since. If they are not a scam, the service is appalling but customer services writes a very good fob off e-mail.

Ordered on 27th November. I have not received my order and it is now 27th December.
They should have delivered 7-10 days after the order was placed. An email to say there was a slight delay, then they said there was a problem with the courier and they would deliver it instead by 22nd or 23rd December. I have emailed several times and phoned them but no reply!

Don’t order from this company be warned, I ordered on 2/12 it’s now 26/12 and still waiting for my parcel. I emailed them 5 times, messaged 5 times and rang the so called help line, I’ve had no reply to any. Stay well clear of this company.

This company is a scam and have written all their own positive reviews.
I ordered a Christmas present on the 2nd of December, I had to email and ask why I had no delivery date or progress on the order 10 days later. They assured me it would arrive in time for Christmas. Ive emailed around 7 times with no reply and obviously the item hasn't even been dispatched. Avoid this company, its a scam and you won't receive your order.

It was a good experience purchasing from this company, though it arrived little late than expected.

I purchased Weber charcoal from Kitchley Limited, and the experience was excellent. The product arrived in good condition, and the service was prompt and efficient. Very satisfied with the purchase and would happily order from them again.
