This company has let me down so badly…

This company has let me down so badly that I will recommend them to anyone. When I initially placed an order it went to the wrong address and I was told to fetch the light myself. I had work but still rushed to get my light after waiting outside for more than 30 mins. I took the light back to my house in my own and suffered from back back and hip pain. When I emailed them all I got was a sorry and nothing else. When I installed the light within less than 48 hours I came off thr ceiling and the whole thing broke into a million pieces which left me completely shaken and heartbroken, especially knowing what would have happened if anyone was there. I emailed knees straight away, even thought they they felt sorry for me they didn’t offer any resolution whatsoever. Kept saying it’s either the installation or to ask my insurance. I even said that I am happy to buy another one if they or contribute or give me a coupon for another light. All I received was a no and that they can’t do anything. This has left me speechless and the fact that it was their mistake from the first day. The service has been near to appalling!!!!

Peter Drake made our visit very painless and very informative on cookers, microwaves, induction hobs with different venting, also fridge freezer. Our Liebherr fridge freezer arrived last Friday. Delivery men were helpful and nothing was wrong or missing. They took away our old freezer as well. We will be ordering all our kitchen appliances from them and sink and taps as well. So nice to go to a well set out showroom. Well done to you all.

Impecable service and support

Impecable service and support from the Manager! We were fortunate enough to call up for some advice on a new electric double oven when the store was short-staffed due to illness and got Ian on the phone who was genuienly wonderful. He helped us select the best model for our budget, get the best deal and arranged a fitter to come and both install new and remove and take away the faulty oven it was replacing. We were not an easy customer to deal with, juggling a busy diary with the fitter so we batted back and forth on several calls, but this energy and effort was so appreciated. The customer service from a local store and real people is second-to-none. We'll be singing Knees' praises for a long time after this. Thank you!

Item showed as available prior to…

Item showed as available prior to ordering, so I went ahead with the order and payment was taken on my card. A few hours later I received a mail to say that it wasn’t in stock, no further stock would be received and that I’d been issued with a refund. Which will take 3-5 days to go back on my card!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the disappointment caused. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to place your order in good faith, only to later be informed that the item was unavailable.

Unfortunately, stock availability updates don’t always sync as quickly as we’d like, and in this instance, it meant the product appeared as available when it wasn’t. We’ve since taken steps to improve the accuracy of our stock sync to help prevent this happening again.

Regarding your refund, we process this immediately on our side, but the 3–5 working day delay is down to bank processing times, which are unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate how inconvenient this is and apologise sincerely for the wait.

We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s another product we can help you with.

They declined topcashback claim and did not respond to topcashback team despite chasing and follow up. Avoid and buy from alternative seller.

Would have been 5 stars but first…

Would have been 5 stars but first colleague didn’t ring me back and twice I was left on hold for 40 minutes…and even though I had spelt my email to him 5 times he had still managed to get it wrong ,but next day I spoke to Bob and he sorted everything out immediately for me excellent customer service he provided.

Excellent service, delivered when they said, no grumbles about location, cheerful and efficient delivery and fitting, no sucking of teeth about how to do it, and some useful guidance and advice. A local firm which I would recommend.
