Niet te retourneren!!! Trap er niet in!!!! Ondanks dat op de website staat niet tevreden geld terug én 100% geld terug kan het niet worden geretourneerd als de plastic seal van het doosje is verwijderd en je het product alleen hebt bekeken. Waardeloos!!!

Have not received my product and have had no response to my emails with regards to this. The tracking email has not been effective with tracking order. I would not encourage others to order due to how unreliable and unorganised this service is.

I recently ordered the heated eye curler from Lash Ease, and honestly, I’m sooo happy I did! The curler works amazing and makes getting ready so much easier!

What really stood out to me though, was the customer service. I started getting worried that my package wasn’t going to arrive, so I reached out to support. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure my package was tracked and updated me along the way. I’m really glad I reached out because everything arrived perfectly in the end.

It’s rare to find a brand with both great products and genuinely caring customer support these days. Definitely recommend Lash Ease! 💕

Never received my item, customer service was unresponsive and no help. Definitely scammers

It is a horrible product and does not work at ALL. It is a total scam. On top when you send them a mail to ask for a refund, they say that returns are only allowed with unopened products. They acknowledge it does not work on straight lashes but say it is essentially my problem.

Wacht al bijna een maand op de electrische wimperkruller. Op de website staat andere info over verzendtijd en ook dat het product nog niet is uitverkocht. Ik heb contact opgenomen en krijg verkeerde shipment informatie. Klopt dus ook niet.

Nice product but took quite a while to deliver.

Purchased an eyelash curler from Lash Ease and unfortunately it doesn’t work as advertised. I followed all the guidance provided and still didn’t get results. When I contacted customer service, they refused a refund due to their hygiene policy, despite the product being ineffective. They also advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, but this doesn’t apply once the box is opened, which makes it feel quite misleading. Disappointing experience overall and not what I expected.

This company is dishonest. They take your money and do not ship the product. My order has been stuck on “shipment information received” since March 27 with no real movement.
Thea send fake or misleading tracking information and only reply with generic delay emails instead of actually shipping the item.
When I tried to contact them on Instagram, they blocked me instead of helping.

I have now raised a dispute with my bank. Do not trust this company.

Na 2,5 week nog steeds geen wimperkruller ontvangen. Ik vraag me af of mijn bestelling nog komt… gevraagd om bestelling te annuleren, maar helaas kan dat dan weer niet. Meer mensen deze ervaring?

Ik heb al wekenlang contact met de klantenservice, maar krijg steeds hetzelfde te horen en na EEN MAAND heb ik nog steeds geen bestelling!!! Kan ik de terugbetaling ook krijgen? Net als onderstaande!

Ik heb de klantenservice bericht vanwege de fabrieksgarantie. Ik kreeg binnen enkele dagen een zeer vriendelijk antwoord. Er werd mij gevraagd een filmpje te maken om het probleem te laten zien, en kort daarna kreeg ik een zeer vriendelijke bericht dat ik een nieuwe zou krijgen onder de garantie.
De medewerkster was snel, vriendelijk en grondig. Ik ben heel tevreden over de manier waarop ik geholpen ben!

These products and company are a scam - avoid at all cost! Appalling customer service as well.
