We have a fantastic holiday on our recent trip to Italy and France.
Our coach drivers, Keith and Ray, were absolutely brilliant. They could not do enough for everyone on the coach.
The accommodation was lovely and the trip on a whole was brilliant.
We'd definitely use Leisure time again.

Myself and Joanne have just got back from torquay after 5 days we stayed in the reviera hotel we have stayed there many times lovely hotel and lush food our driver Peter was very helpful cheerful and very confident at his job it was a pleasure to travel with him and his timing for destinations was spot on hope we get Peter many times more big thankyou to leisuretime!!!

In short a perfect example of a company, and staff who inherently understand customers needs almost before they know they have needs! Attention to every detail of what makes a successful trip, and a desire to create lasting memories for all those lucky to travel with leisuretime

The tour was great value for money with included excursions on every single day of our stay at the resort. During the excursions we were joined by local guides who led walking tours and provided very interesting information. The drivers were both excellent and I felt very safe whilst travelling. They worked extremely hard to make sure that everyone had a good holiday.

Two months ago I travelled with Leisuretime to see Andre Riue in concert in his home time. I was apprehensive as I had been very ill for the last 6 months but it was the best decision I had made. The 2 drivers, Jock and Ray were a tonic and their care was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again

Excellent helpful driver on all occasions, included 2 day trips out in addition to initial journey. Although my friends had some minor issues with their room, my single room was lovely, decor,bathroom and bed, a real treat as sometimes single rooms are not good. All staff were helpful and pleasant and meals were plentiful and good, Good value for a short holiday.

Went to isle of Wight in August, fab holiday only disappointment was Yarmouth there is nothing to do or see in the town, other than that it was great especially Osborne house. Hotel was ok some upgrade especially in rooms, food was nice although cold on occasions, our driver Chris was fab, very polite, easy to talk to and helpful can't fault him

We travelled on a day trip to the Cotswolds. The coach was on time. Friendly and knowledgeable drivers. Plenty of time to look around, to shop and to have a leisurely meal.
The coach was in top condition, spotlessly clean.
I recommend this company and will continue to travel with Leisuretime by Toureasy

Lovely trip to the Beacons. I would suggest the canal boat trip be shortened. It was too long. 2 and a bit hours was to long. All the people on the coach said same. Although it was pleasant it was to long

Our driver Phillip,Isle of Wight last week, we have been using coaches for 60 out of 80 plus yrs and this guy was the man, OUTSTANDING.

Comfortable travel, good hotels, excellent driver

Such a lovely weekend! What made it for me was the driver Phillip. I’ve been on a few of these trips and the drivers have all been great but Phillip was just fantastic. He kept us entertained throughout the whole weekend with his jokes and quiz questions. What a gem! perfect man for the job, he really is a credit to leisure time.

We have recently returned from a 14 day cruise to the Norwegian Fjords aboard Ambassador Ambition which we booked through Leisuretime Online.
We travelled with our two daughters and boarded the coach at Newport for the trip to Bristol. Our cases were next seen outside our cabins,all trouble free.
The itinerary was fantastic with amazing scenery of the Fjords with snow-capped mountains that will last in our memories.
The ship's crew were great especially Harold and Harvey our waiters in the Buckingham restaurant. On board entertainment at the Palladium was brilliant as good as the West End.
On arrival back at Bristol our coach was ready to take us back home after a wonderful cruise.

Would we cruise with Ambassador again? Yes it's a smaller liner than the big liners, but all the crew were friendly and helpful.
Would. We travel/book with Leisuretime again? Definitely, just booked with them for a 13day cruise aboard Ambassador Ambience in November to celebrate a big anniversary

Our first coach holiday, when we booked it we were wondering if it would be right for us.
We were greated with a warm welcolm from Ray the driver. Ray was professional with great humour through the tour. Providing all his guests with clear information and really getting to know all our little quirky ways . Felt in good hands, a very careful considerate driver. On call 24 hours throughout.
Our trip was to the Lake District in Barrow. Unfortunately Barrow is a little run down with most of the town being boarded up. Bit didn't spoil our stay as we had organised trips each day.
The Holiday Inn hotel more than made up for the area. Such friendly happy staff where nothing was to much trouble. Good selection of food, where the hotel were happy to tweak the menu to suit your needs.. Very clean and comfortable hotel.
The Lake cruise in Bowness was my favourite trip with stunning views.
All in all a great first coach holiday for us. Big thank you Ray a lot of that was down to you. The group of people on the coach were friendly and really gelled together.

Brilliant time with Leisuretime by Toureasy in Llandudno at the four oaks hotel excellant company to travel with very friendly staff and drivers been travelling with you a lot and never had no complaints

Was our first coach holiday experience so we were a little dubious at first. Our minds were put at ease once we boarded and met the coach driver and rest of the passengers. From beginning to end this holiday was one of the best we experienced.
Coach comfortable no issues at all.
Coach driver experienced very knowledgable very supportive towards the passengers gave clear and excellent guidance and kept all in the loop. Driving was fantastic and dealt with some crazy and at times rude drivers with the utmost of courtesy despite their challenging behaviour. Went above and beyound for all.
Hotel our room was amazing comfortable and cozy and the staff were very very helpful. Hotel positioned right by the beach had entertainment if you wanted to stay in but in a good location if you wanted to go out and explore further.
Rooms were kept spotless and staff available at all times for any support you needed.
Trips were well organised and a great way to visit different places.
We will definately be booking this trip again and another trip to somewhere different.
If you want a trip to remember this is one to book this for us was what a holiday is all about a company that has thought of everything.......great staff who made you feel safe......amazing hotel.....fantastic location and beautiful memories made with a lovely bunch of people. Thank you.

First two stops in the Cotswold were to short and the third one to long and unnecessary. We think the trip would have been better to spend the fist day in bath and go on to the Cotswold with two stops before returning home. Hotel in swindon was clean but location was dreadful and not a worthwhile place to stop overnight.

Nice short break to Liverpool. Coach was ok but no wi-fi. Hotel breakfast seemed to cater for all tastes. However there should be an option to get a larger cooked portion at extra cost. Hotel bedroom was clean and comfortable. Ensuite very clean. Would stay again. Leisuretime coach driver was most obliging. All in all I would give 8/10 AND visit again.

All round great experience as always from agent when booking to driver on the day travelled using this company for many years and have yet to have a bad experience 10/10

A good trip that ticked many boxes - mainly Canterbury, Whitstable and Sissinghurst Castle. Being picked up and dropped off along the M4 was so convenient. The hotel where we stayed, Judd's Folly just outside Faversham, was very good indeed. However, we felt that we could have spent longer at Sissinghurst and avoided Margate altogether.
