Hi bought 6 of these 540 MGO Manuka Honey 250g recently to help my wife get over a bad cold , Got them at a good price , and it has worked wonders for her ,she feels alot better now since taking the honey , I ordered it on Wednesday last week and it arrived by Friday, top service ,also this is considerably cheaper than Holland & Barrett , will definitely be back for more when needed

Ordered the CBD gummies, which came quickly, however they gave me heart palpitations and really made me feel ill. Please beware, they could be dangerous. I haven't had the same issue with other CBD suppliers. I immediately contacted their Customer Service to ask for a return and a refund, however they completely refused any refund, even though I'd only used one gummy. Possibly dangerous product and very poor customer service, avoid.

Edit: Manuka Pharm completely missing the point, that if you buy a product, then later buy a more "premium" version at a much higher price and get given exactly the same item, you're going to be frustrated. This could have been resolved with a refund of the difference in price or a gesture of goodwill - evidently "complete customer satisfaction" is in reality not at the top of Manuka Pharm's agenda.

Original review: I bought some 40 MGO honey from Manuka Pharm (who incidentally are Manuka Doctor's sister brand). I liked it, and decided to order several 70 MGO jars (at a significantly higher price). These arrived and... it's the same honey. I don't just mean it tasted the same, I mean the batch numbers were identical. After speaking to customer service, it turns out their policy is to label the same honey across different MGO ratings (e.g. an 80 MGO honey might be labelled 70 MGO, 55 MGO and 40 MGO). Great if you grab yourself a bargain by purchasing the lowest MGO rating, terrible if you buy the most expensive option and realise you could have paid half the price. Customer service weren't interested in refunding the difference in what I could have paid or offering me a gesture of goodwill. I'll be buying my honey from a more transparent retailer going forward.

Was worried as had no reviews on trust pilot so checked their Instagram and they had tags from other buyers. Bought 10 of their honey for a great price as it was on sale. Ordered on Wednesday and came on Friday. Will be buying again!
