BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I have been taken for a ride with a purchase. I couldn't help feeling sorry for these two old ladies losing their premises after 20 years and selling off bags at a big discount however, I assumed this company was in the UK but now know it is China. I ordered a hand crafted handbag but they sent me a cheap quilted print of a tote bag, it is like a quick machine sewn up out of shape bag with faulty stitching that you would expect done on mass in a Chinese warehouse. This is nothing like what I ordered and listed 9 differences to the company when back and forth stating it was disgusting sending this bag that did not match the description therefore deceitful and a scam. They said to return it to a place in China for a refund but to post this back would be nearly the cost of the bag which they know so people end up not doing and at a loss. I requested a refund many times as not sent what I paid for but they did not want to know so will have to go through chargeback. Something needs to be done about these Chinese companies as seem to be getting away with deceit, we all need to do our homework when purchasing online these days. I will only buy from UK companies now as learn't my lesson (although did assume this was a UK company at the time of purchase).

I do not want to put any star but no option for that hence one star so I can write this review.

Absolute cheap chinese rubbish. Not artisanal, not quality, cheap print pattern. This is a scam shop.

Wish I'd read the reviews first. Absolute rubbish and nothing like they appear to be on the Facebook ad. Should have known better. DON'T BE FOOLED INTO BUYING THEM.

Like others I fell for the pretty story on Facebook and ordered some bags. I’ve been through a tough time and these were supposed to be a treat for me and thank you gifts for people who had helped me through. I should have known better but was stressed and tired. Of the three bags, one has some minimal quilting but all featured printed images of real hand worked designs. They’re just about good enough to be used as gift bags rather than as gifts in their own right.

This is a Chinese scam company. I made a purchase and when I received a plastic coated canvas bag which was a print of an original design with tape handles I requested to return it. The address was China and cost £23. It arrived at it's destination and sat there for weeks until I made such a fuss by repeat emails one after another (100) that they got fed up with me and eventually refunded me 50%. Look up Companies House to find the name of the director and address the emails to her. They are not elderly crafts people as shown in the advert, they are crooks selling you something that is not advertised. I do not know how these companies can be stopped. Every time I make a purchase from someone I do not know I now look in to the background to check they are not a Chinese company and if they are I do not use them.

This Company is a complete Scam I ordered a bag from them which never arrived. They took my money out of my Bank but will not now answer any of my e-mails.
They operate on Facebook also Facebook marketplace place.
