Hello Ingrid, I've found two orders for you, one from 2024 and one from August 2025.
From what I can see on the UPS tracking there was a 'Return to Sender Requested' on the 15th September 2025 which is why your Killstar decoration wasn't delivered. The returned item was received by us on the 22nd September.

Purchased Rush guitar strap as they are difficult to find anywhere on the net! Was really pleased to find one on Metalshop.Overall a positive experience goods arrived well packaged & in brand new condition. Tracking could have been a little better as there was a 2-3 days lul in tracking which made me a little unsure of progress.However everything turned out 100% in the end.

As I'm sure you're aware, the shipping and tracking is provided by a third-party and looking at your tracking information I can see your order was dispatched on the 26th of May and was delivered on the 3rd of June. Sometimes parcels can be held at one point by the courier for various reasons.

The order arrived as Described by seller and on time too spent about 3 or 4 days sitting in the Czech Republic but I understand as it was probably still being processed at one of the UPS Depots

I bought some black cargo / combat trousers.
I saw them on the website (which is very easy to use) and I saw exactly what I was looking for - great trousers at a great price.
I ordered them and the delivery was very, very quick - the parcel arrived and was very well packaged so the trousers were in first class, brand new condition.
