Excellent service
I have had 2 documents translated by Native Translator and on both occasions the translation was of high quality and was completed swiftly. The only minor negative point was on the first translation where the link to my document did not work. This was quickly resolved by the customer service team.

Dear Robert,
Thanks for the feedback, sorry about the fact that the link didn't work the first time. The reason was that we are changing both website layout, servers and payment options at the same time and it has created some "concerns" the last three weeks but should be over now.

AVOID
Avoid this company at all costs, they don't deliver on time, the translation is poor and they don't follow specific instructions. When you question them about this, they get very rude and imply any problems are 100% your fault. Will never use again!!

In a certified translation you cannot tell the translator what to write, thats the whole idea with a certified translation!
The translator who made your translation is not only a certified translator but also an examiner of certified translators in the UK.
