Addie Frank has been my project manager on my website production , he listens to you and make sure you feel comfortable but at the same time provides you with professional advise, if needed he will put extra time and effort trying to get your projects managed timely. I am happy with his work and the attitude toward his work. Their team treats you like family.

Ocean design pro is a great company for all website needs. I contacted Ocean Design Pro through thumbtack to build my website. I worked with Nick, Jeff, Dawson, and now, Addie. They all worked with me in the creation and modification of the website for our company’s needs. My experience with Ocean Design Pro is great and I would work with them again. My experience with Ocean Design Pro, has been a great one, starting off I was a bit nervous that this company wouldn’t be able to provide the website that I requested from word to word! Then I was assigned to Barry, let me just say working with him has been amazing journey, the communication and details of what I desired for this website, was completed in a timely manner, always quick response when I needed to change something or delete something on the website. Don’t use them,they promise you the world and don’t deliver.There customer service and support is the worst ever!

I had an initial idea for my website without having any logo or concept. Nick the project manager was very helpful and politely explained everything. Once I was satisfied, I saw initial concepts and choose the best Shopify theme. The work started in November of 2022 and finished in December of 2022. The website went live on time before 2023. Fast forward two months and I needed some support on the website, even though I didn't sign up for a support package, Nick and Barry went out of the way and took care of the product listing on my website, added few banners and linked up my social media profiles. Sometimes, as a startup we don't foresee how much work, effort and learning curve one has to go through. I am glad, I have found Ocean Design Pro team to take care of my E-commerce website and will recommend anyone who is looking for quality work with peace of mind. Thanks!
