I ordered a bottle of perfume for a Christmas gift. I have sent several polite emails to try and find out where my item is. None of my emails have been responded or acknowledged. They have received my money in good faith get ignore all correspondence. Am reporting them to Trading Standards.

Ordered on 18th December in time for Christmas, as of 30th December still not arrived or even dispatched!!! Tried to contact customer services twice but they’ve just ignored me!!!
Far far better out there!! Don’t give these thieves your money. I’ll now have to go through the process of a bank chargeback

Received the leather fragrance as a gift. There were particals floating in the bottle and when I sprayed the cologne onto my skin had instant burning having to wash it off. Would avoid as products are potentially dangerous

I've tried Tehran treasures, and in love w the scent! If you want to go for a nice exclusive night out, smelling fancy and elegant, try this one defo!

Also, I had a bit of a hiccup with my order but it was resolved quickly by Amelia from omerta's support team.

So happy I found these guys! Everything about my first order was above 5 stars. The website being easy to navigate yet informative, quick check out process and the profit received exceeded expectations. The scent of ‘last night in Paris’ is insane, so highly scented and the formula of the perfume itself melts into your skin like butter and the customer service is great would certainly recommend

I placed an order of 2 fragrances 3 weeks ago, paid for shipping and still not received anything. Still showing up on shop app as being processed. I have emailed Omerta twice now and still not had any response! Very very disappointed!

A great customer service and fab dupe fragrances being oil based they really last and I wear Baccarat Rouge midnight in Paris is thier dupe very very like the real thing affordable to wear e everyday highly recommended

Think I’ve found my new favourite perfume brand! I tried the Dubai Vanilla fragrance and wow 😍 super unique scent and lasts a really long time. Definitely going to recommend to friends and family.

Took advantage of a sample offer and paid postage. Waited weeks only to receive an empty envelope with the brands card in it, i reached out to customer service who I then had to add on WhatsApp. They said the stock is all in Dubai and they have to wait for it.

They apologised and said they'd refund me (I had to chargeback that myself) and send my original order with a few extras as an apology, this again took weeks.

It (the apology) showed up today 17/10 and whilst the 'extras' are there, my original order isn't.

Two stars for actually recieving a few samples and the customer service was responsive.

Wonder scents and compliments when wearing them would definitely recommend and will be buying again soon ^_^.
