I have been using pipestock for a little while now and without exception I found their service to be great value for money, good products and always delivered on time with good communication throughout. I’d certainly look no further.

So many things have gone wrong with my order. The thing that I'm most unhappy about is that almost none of the items that I've received look new. They have a lot of scratches and dings, so I suspect that most of these parts were previously returned by other customers. Secondly, one of the parts that I received is the wrong size. I definitely ordered the correct size, so I think the specifications on the product page are wrong. My whole project is blocked until I get this part in the correct size. A third problem is that some of the parts that I ordered weren't actually in stock, but it took several days to find that out. Customer service seems poor too. I emailed them about the wrong sized part yesterday and am still waiting for a response. I placed the original order May 22, cancelled and recorded on May 27 after finding out about the out-of-stock parts. It's now June 4, and I still don't have all the parts that I need.

Very pleasant on the phone and they take calls at 7am, I resaved me goods and all in good condition, Very pleased.
