Would give zero stars if possible, paid for an order I never received, was told my customer support they would ‘look into it’ only to never hear back! Out of pocket with no product and no refund!

Hi I've looked into this order again and I can only apologise. The order was shipped on the day you ordered and picked up by An Post the following day. An Post seem to have dropped the ball here and we have too in not chasing them harder. We have spoken again to An Post today and they have promised an answer on this order in the next 24 hours.
Sorry again for the less then stellar performance on your order.
