Really expensive.

Paid £260 for a GP consultation

£59.99 a month got promised test E for £89.99

When I went to order the prescription they turned around and said this would be £100 extra (£189)

You have still have to pay for your own supplies, you have to pay for blood work which isn’t included in the subscription (£135 est)

Been with this company for a couple of months now they still continue to charge me. So far I’ve received no support/ check ins. Phone lines are always dead.

Not sure why I’m paying the £59.99? They seem more interested in the money. I only seem to receive messages about payment several times a day.

Not to mention they keep trying to force another treatment on to me which I’ve refused countless of times.

If you’re looking to start TRT please look elsewhere. I’ve paid a lot of money to this company with nothing to show for it.

I have recently started TRT with Prime Life Clinic, their team is very knowledgable and eager to help.

To start TRT I had a couple of blood tests that were reviewed by a doctor who talked through it with me and issued me a prescription after deciding treatment is a logical next step for me. Once I had recieved everything I needed to start treatment I had a thorough coaching session with one of the team that went through everything from start to finish, including how to decant the testosterone and how/when to take it.

Brilliant clinic, very helpful and friendly team who really seem to care about you as an individual. All emails or questions are replied to straight away and it all seems more personal than the bigger clinics. 2 weeks in and feeling confident and excited about continuing. Thanks again

Just started my TRT journey with prime life and so far really pleased. There pricing plan appealed to me and suited me more than the other companies. The support has been good. Dr Brueker is very efficient and informative. Dan and Simon have been great and very responsive to emails.

Excellent experience so far, really helpful coaches and respond to any questions with a hour or so. Also competitive pricing. Very happy would recommend 👍

Just started my TRT journey through Prime Life clinic. They have answered every question and really offer a friendly personal service. I'd put off getting this sorted for a while and did a lot of research into different companies, my experience so far would highly recommend

Dr Klaus Bruecker was easy to talk to and very informative and Dan Brown has been fantastic, very helpful and explained everything thoroughly in a way that is easy to understand.

Very smooth and simple process so far. It's early days of treatment but the process to get here was very easy. I actually got my bloods done with a different provider before deciding to switch. Everyone I have had to work with at Prime Life has been great and knowledgeable. The coaching session was vitally important to put my mind at ease in terms of jabbing myself and helped me realise that it's really no big deal.

Dan and the team have been absolutely superb, had a diagnosis from another TRT provider which I then struggled to get further appointments with. Spoke with Dan and within a couple of days I had an appointment with their doctor(who was brilliant at explaining everything) they were able to review the blood results I had done by the previous provider and advise on proper treatment, I was expecting a long wait afterwards to start the treatment, but a few days later I have now started, really streamlined process, and a really friendly and personable service from Dan and the team, these guys really do want to help, would highly recommend for anyone looking into TRT.

After doing a lot of my own research I decided to give Prime Life a try and I'm glad I did. I was a bit apprehensive about the cost and how it all worked but knew I needed to do something after being let down by the NHS and their policies around offering TRT. The guys at Prime have been amazing in walking me through the entire process and are genuinely interested in getting you back to the best version of you rather than just going after your wallet. The whole process has been really quick and painless and I can't wait to start seeing the benefits from starting my trt journey. Big shout out to Dan who's been fantastic throughout.

I initially considered a larger TRT provider (I'm sure you've seen their ads), but I was disappointed with the 5-week wait to see a doctor after receiving my blood work results. Prime Life arranged a video appointment in 48 hours, and I was able to start treatment within a week.

It's a very genuine service where you feel like you're actually dealing with real people, not a "System."

Absolutely fantastic service so far. Everyone i have had the pleasure of speaking with has been extremely knowledgeable in their field and the process has been so simple and stress free. From having my bloods evaluated to starting TRT, I've had all worries squashed.

Dan is super friendly, and Dr Klaus is super knowledgeable. I found Prime Life from researching online after I started with a competitor, but the prices are much more manageable, saving over £60 a month in comparison.

A great value, seamless service delivered by guys who are passionate about helping other guys. No hard sell no pressure just friendly chats that give all the information to allow for an informed decision to be made.
Simon, Dan and Doctor were amazing, they were available whenever i needed them and replied to my emails very quickly guiding me through the process.
They made something that felt very daunting at first very easy and straightforward, I can’t fault the team at Primelife they were absolutely superb.

I can’t fault Prime Life Clinic at all. From the very start they’ve been amazing – straightforward, professional, and genuinely caring. Nothing felt rushed or brushed off, and every question I had was answered properly and kindly.

Dan, Dr Klaus and Simon made the whole process easy and stress-free. You actually feel listened to and looked after, not just another number on a list. They really know their stuff, and you get the sense they actually want the best for you. It helps that the guys themselves are on TRT.

I’m at the start of my TRT, having had my first dose today. I’d had my bloods done via a different company but they were so slow, impersonal, and unresponsive, about arranging the follow up that I looked around for other options. Dan was excellent, quick to reply and open about sharing his experience which went a long way to putting my mind at rest about what is a big step. He, Simon, and Dr Bruecker, have all been great and answered all my questions. Based on my experience so far I would recommend them to anyone considering it with no hesitation.

Amazing start to my TRT journey thanks to Dan, Simon and Dr Klaus. After reading up on forums i had chosen to go with Prime life from the positive feedback and i can say with confidence i made the right decision.
