Amici non acquistate da questo sito é vergognoso . Anche se contattate l’assistenza tempestivamente loro non vi daranno in nessun modo aiuto . Ho fatto una pessima figura scegliendo loro per un regalo .

Don’t expect items arrive all at once even if it says they will. I received my parcel of four items with only three in it. When contacted Purebaby live chat they said I have received them all.
Shortly after continuously saying I haven’t received one of the items they said it has been shipped separately and I will receive the tracking information soon. In fact, they sent the item once I had requested for them to send it to me ASAP as it was missing.
Due to this not being in any way my fault they still didn’t sent it via express post as I had requested since I need the items all for a holiday in a week. Once I receive items I will return them all for a refund. Have bought before many times but that willl be the last. It is so much nicer to purchase items and support businesses that care enough for their customers and not just the $$$ they get from them.

Beautiful clothes, good quality, but very expensive - nice for gifts and special occasions!

I was quite appalled by the online customer service manager Allie and her lack of care to help a customer. I assume many people fall into this trap by Pure Baby.
I tried a few ways to subscribe back to emails after the in store attendant told me I needed to have this in order to get the voucher sent. Once I realized I wasn't successful, I reached out to customer service who told me that it was too late and they wouldn't send me the $20 voucher I was entitled to as I didn't email them directly to resubscribe and it was apart of their T&Cs.
Pure Baby could have done a few work arounds to get me this voucher but obviously don't care about the customer experience and probably don't want you to actually use the money you're entitled to. Why have a rewards program at all?

Very disappointing service! Purchased 2 items as gift for daughter of important client.. I called and was guaranteed both items would be gift wrapped and sent together. One item arrived. However just received email saying other item on the way. I have sent 2 emails, tried to contact via Live Chat and Messenger. No response!!! DO NOT USE

My sister got my little boy the cutest outfit from here. Very high quality. Loved it
