We have made every effort to guide and support you throughout your process. An appointment was scheduled on your behalf, which unfortunately you did not attend. Your subsequent request for us to restart the process without additional charges was not something we could agree to, and our position on this does not in any way reflect incompetence on our part.
All your documents were duly prepared and sent to you, and your application process was completed as agreed. We also retain records and evidence of all steps taken.
We kindly ask that this platform is not used to pursue grievances in a manner that may be perceived as unfair or damaging. We have experienced repeated contact from you, both privately and via calls, while the responsibility for attending the appointment remained solely yours.
We note that you have already submitted a previous review, which has been acknowledged and flagged. We are therefore unclear on the purpose of continued complaints in this manner.
While we understand that you may be frustrated, we believe this concern may be misdirected. We remain committed to professionalism and fairness in all our dealings. Wishing you a peaceful day.
