Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. My items went missing in delivery and Lyndsay in the customer service team sorted this out straight away and arranged for replacement items to be with me the next day. Highly recommend.

Brilliant customer service
We had missing items from our order. I contacted Rustoleum and the missing items - sent in a second box but lost by the courier - were dispatched and we received them the following day. Lyndsay in customer service could not have been more helpful. The paint is amazing quality and we will be doing our whole house!

Excellent product and service
I bought the kitchen cabinet paint. It looks amazing, coverage was very good too. As I was so happy with the quality of the finish I also then ordered their outdoor metal paint. I didnt receive it, which I could prove, and they immediately replaced it. I havent used it yet but I am sure that will be excellent too. Thank you

I made an online order mistake. Rust-Oleum staff sorted it out very quickly & very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Lyndsay. I was happy with the company and thoroughly recommend online purchasing from Rust-Oleum.

Customer focused service
I order the floor tile paint to paint over red quarry tiles as I believe this is an excellent product for the job.
I ordered online and paid extra for next day delivery.
Unfortunately the courier service did not fulfill their obligation and the item was delivered late.
Having emailed the customer service team, Lyndsay replied apologising for the delay and advised she would refund the additional charge paid for delivery.
She was courteous and prompt with her interactions.
I haven't used the product yet, but the company's service is excellent and customer focused

Sorry you were not satisfied with the amount of product you received in our testers. All of our testers/samples are 10ml, which is noted on the website when purchasing the tester. We believe this is enough product to sample the colour and finish of a product prior to purchasing a full size product in your chosen colour and finish. I will raise this to management as feedback and I will also reach out with you privately to discuss this matter with you further to hopefully resolve this.
Efficient service and good communication
In error I ordered a matt paint rather than silk. I noticed immediately after ordering so I sent an email and the matter was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. The order was cancelled and I was able to reorder the correct formulation!

Fantastic Service & great product
Fantastic Service. I ticked the wrong box on delivery, emailed them overnight and by the morning they had updated the delivery to next day, and for free, since I was almost at the £50 minimum. Really great service. And the paint is fantastic, great colour, really easy to go on, didn't need extra coats
