I’d definitely recommend this course if you’re looking to get into commercial property investing. My background has mainly been in residential, and I wanted to branch out into the commercial side. The course offers a solid community and plenty of useful resources, whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience.
The twice-weekly Zoom calls are a real highlight—they’re practical, easy to follow, and full of strategies you can actually use. If you’re thinking about joining, I’d say go for it.

I came across Johnny and his Shed Investor course via facebook ads. After seeing the ads around 8-10 times, I scheduled a call with one of his sales reps.

After purchasing the course, and having a one-one-one strategy call with Johnny directly. I realised there is no course like this in Australia.

I have been wanting to get into commercial property investing ever since COVID. But I was always looking for a detailed course to cover value adds, developments and various uplift strategies from somebody who has alot of experience in this field.

The course covers physical uplifts, lease uplifts, developments, land deals, and has lots of videos with workshops covering all elements of shed investing.

I am appreciative for Johnny for creating his course, and the weekly calls and community add huge value to the course.

The course is broken down into modules, and literally takes you from beginner to advanced stages in Shed & warehouse investing.

I highly recommend this course to anybody who wants to improve their property investment skills and grow their net worth.

The ultimate ROI on this course is enormous, and the skill sets you learn are life long.
