No cumplen

Me cancelaron un vuelo ya estando en sala de embarque y llevo 4 meses esperando que me solucionen el tema de la indemnización con vueling pero a la fecha aún no tengo noticias de mi reclamación aunque fue aprobada para compensación. No es real lo que garantizan.

Kindly note, that sometimes the process might take longer than expected and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you (time of investigation depends on many factors such as complexity of a case, negotiation with airlines, third parties involving…). Since the Vueling Airlines does not seem to cooperate with us, currently we are working with our lawyers team to give back the response to the airlines.
