SO BAD!!!!!
When dropping the car off, slightly ropey looking place tbh. Lady came by driving their “shuttle bus” and she advised us NOT to hand in our keys in 😅additionally that she was quitting that day. Upon our arrival back from holiday, we called as per their “procedure” to let them know we have arrived. Waited an hour for the bus and when it finally came - oh new driver! Seemed a lovely chap but bloody hell, was lucky to make it back. Let me assure you, this place is PARK, there is NO RIDE included in the marketed price!!! I made sure to make this clear with the delight *sarcasm*of a man that blocked us in with another persons car to ensure we would pay. We go to the kiosk to pay, and to our surprise they are trying to charge the couple infront of us a ‘day late’ fee (context: they got to the airport 10.30pm & the car park people did not send a bus until gone midnight & then tried to charge them a late fee). I mean all shambles, but avoid at all costs 😅

Myself and my 2 children (3&5) were left standing in a hotel car park for 2 hours…. They didn’t come I ended up getting a taxi to the car park. I get there and I had to wait a further 40 minutes for my car because it had been blocked in right at the back of the car park so I had to wait for them to move all the other cars so I could get mine out. An absolute joke of a company…. No idea what they are doing. They made another family who was also waiting at the hotel miss their flight because they didn’t turn up. Everytime I rang to see where they were I was told 5-10 mins away….

Cheap airport parking is tempting. I am guilty of booking this because it was one of the cheapest options. Rushing, overwhelmed by the amount of choice in different parking options near Stansted.

However be warned: this was one of the worst experiences of my life in any space. Muddy uneven ground, cars parked in all different directions, total chaos. One shuttle bus running highly infrequently and unpredictably between the car park and the airport, much too small. Most people yesterday ended up missing their flight as a result, including us, when we came back to get our car later in the afternoon. Having missed the flight, the car they brought to us and gave us the keys for was someone else's BMW. Anyone could drive away with your car. They don't have any systems beyond WhatsApp messages the poor overworked, overwhelmed, stressed workers are using to coordinate where cars are parked and dropped off. When our car came back, it was filthy. Mucky fingers prints all over the outside. Petrol tank was substantially lower than when we left it. Avoid at all cost!!!

Total lack of organisation and rude customer service from “voluntary workers”. Extra charges at drop off for the cowboy shuttle service to a nearby hotel- no designated storage space for baggage or prams. Young children and families are not considered or prioritised to the point where families with babies are being split up. Theres only 1 van driver day and night. Long waiting times for drop off and pick up of over hour and half. Risks of missing flights customers had to book Ubers! Others collected cars with flat tyres. It’s not worth it! You end up paying just as much if not more than other reliable companies and the stress- really not a pleasant experience.

“Bad experience with this new farm parking service. There was a long delay for pickup from the parking area to the terminal, which caused stress and wasted time. Communication was poor only promise every 10 minets,but a lots off people with kids staying in the sun moore then 40minets ridiculous and the service was not organised at all .asking questions what's going on, answer drives had a break ,good excuse, its not our problem you should organised properly work and service if you take money from people, and pay extra£20 to be taking at terminal for both way .I would not use this car park again.”better guys pay moore without stress .Worst starting holiday ever.

Stealing money from car!!!

We used New Farm car park near Stansted and never AGAIN. We paid for parking but got muddy ground and not sure where our car have been taken. They provide us with transport to airport to Raddisson Blu car park, which was ok, but waiting was over 30 minutes. Drivers were very upleasant -woman as well as black guy.
I left some change (loose £3) in cup holder to see if they trustworthy and respect they customer! and they TOOK it! Stealing is not ok, also they ask to pay £20 upfront when taking car keys as levy fee ( I checked it and is legal, but not meantioned untill u book your spot).

DO NOT BOOK YOUR CAR HERE!!! Checking in was fine but once we landed we called them as they told us to do and they said it will be a 15 minute wait for transport to the parking. We waited an hour and a half… I called multiple times and a man and woman screamed at me to ask the driver.. WHAT DRIVER NO ONE WAS THERE. We waited an hour and a half and whenever we tried to find out how much longer they put the phone down on me twice and screamed at me. Absolutely ridiculous and not what you want when you get off a long flight. Do not book here just pay the extra and get meet and greet or park somewhere else.

Abysmal service from a company who clearly don't care about people.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Shockingly bad experience from a company that does not care about its customers. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to get us to the airport and 50 minutes when we returned. You will leave your car in the middle of field and it will be moved around whilst you are away. The transfer takes 20 minutes and you will not get a ride either way until the minibus is full. We very nearly missed our flight. Everyone we spoke to had the same experience. I have learnt from my mistake. Never again. ZERO STARS.

If I could give this car parking spot zero stars I would. The only good thing about this parking is the bus that takes you to the airport and even that was questionable. Uneven rubble parking. No order or form to the ways cars are parked. Entrance is so packed that cars can’t safely get in and out and are forced to drive within inches of another. From looking at this place I don’t know how customers get their cars back without playing a game of jenga where your cars at the bottom. Honestly appalling and to make matters worse theres an additional £10 fees to drop off your vehicle and another £10 to pick up. WHAT?! You’re better off parking in a near by neighbourhood and walking to the pick up stop.

Do not use this scam service

Dear Customer Services Team,

I am writing to formally complain about the service provided in relation to my recent airport parking booking (Reference: CYP-345398), for the period 3rd April to 6th April.

I booked and paid for a Meet & Greet airport parking service via Compare Your Parking. However, upon arrival, this service was not provided. Instead, we were directed to use a shuttle transfer service from New Farm Parking Stansted. This was not the service we paid for and resulted in significant inconvenience and delay.

We raised this issue with the staff member at reception, who did not acknowledge our booking and instead suggested that we “book an Uber” if we did not wish to use the shuttle service. This response was both dismissive and unacceptable.

Additionally, although we paid £20 for airport parking, our vehicle was not parked at the airport. The shuttle instead dropped us at a hotel car park. Upon our return, our car had been taken to the Orange Airport Parking facility, where we were required to pay an additional £13 to exit the car park.

When arranging collection, we had to insist that the vehicle be returned to the airport, as per the Meet & Greet service booked. There was further confusion regarding whether we were dropping off or collecting the vehicle, resulting in a wait of approximately one hour.

To summarise:

We paid for a Meet & Greet service but were provided with a shuttle service instead.
We paid £20 for airport parking that was not used, and incurred an additional £13 charge to exit the car park.
The service provided did not match what was advertised or paid for.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided as described and with reasonable care and skill. As this was not the case, I believe I am entitled to a refund.

Furthermore, upon inspecting my vehicle, I discovered that £5 in coins was missing from the centre console, and there was damage to the passenger door. This raises serious concerns regarding the handling and security of my vehicle while in your care.

I therefore request:

A full refund of the £33 parking-related charges (£20 + £13), and
An appropriate refund reflecting the difference between the Meet & Greet service paid for and the shuttle service provided.

Please also advise how you intend to address the reported damage to my vehicle and missing property.

I have attached my booking details for your reference.

I would appreciate a response within 14 days of this email outlining how you intend to resolve this matter.

Rubbish

Rubbish - do not use!! When we arrived at the car park, we discovered the shuttle to the airport is charged £10 per person extra!! On return, we sat outside the Radisson Blu pick up point for 40 minutes. Three times we were told the shuttle was on the way. Then a dark unmarked minibus arrived at the pickup while we shivered. Then after 10 minutes the driver got out and took our details. Zero customer service.

Terrible service

Terrible service, cars parked in a field, hidden £20 transfer fee. Transfer is 20min drive, and pick up, absolutely joke on times, waited so long. Very rude and very difficult to understand the person on the phone, drivers rude. Give it a miss and park on stansted site, it'll work out better for you.. Do not use.

Stay away from this place if you can!

Avoid this place if you can! It is the worst car park I have ever used. You are charged an extra £20 when you arrive for drop-off and collection, which isn't mentioned when booking. There is only one 15-seater minibus in service, so you will wait a long time for transport. Very disappointed.

If you want to be scammed, your car returned in bad condition with a lot of extra miles on the clock, you enjoy being crammed into a tiny minibus with a very long walk either side (to save on dropping off fees, even though they charge you £20 which is NOT mentioned when booking, in fact it says “complementary shuttle service”) standing in a muddy field with a tin can as an “office” occupied by rude and unhelpful people, please use this service. I never write reviews because I can never be bothered, but this was so outstandingly bad I felt I needed to. This is genuinely the worst service I have ever used in my life, customer service is abysmal, staff are rude and useless, the “car park” is a dirt field with zero security, the “complementary shuttle service” takes 45 minutes from when you arrive to when you get to the airport, where you are then faced with at least a 15 minute walk because they are too tight to pay the drop off fee, despite taking an extra £20 off you for the pleasure. If you are late due to circumstances outside your control, you are charged another £20, they will not release the car or pick you up until you have transferred this fee and screenshotted it and sent it to them. Unbelievably unprofessional. Please please please do not waste your money, pay a bit extra and go with a company that hasn’t been cobbled together on a scamming mentality.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Awful place. A muddy field with cars squeezed in with NO room. Man who runs it in the office is so rude no customer experience skills. Money scam!!!! We were conned more money on arrival and when we came back. Black mailed to pay £60 extra!!! And had to pay to get keys back. Slow service when you arrive and when you collect keys. Also was so rude to his driver giving him no break and speaking to him so badly infront of everyone waiting. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Only after receiving confirmation of booking was my attention drawn to the extra £20 fee on arrival.

Having looked into this further this service is completely misrepresented. This appears to be an independent service operating in an illegitimate manner.

They are not affiliated with Stansted, although their website suggests otherwise. The reviews confirmed my suspicions and despite booking less than 24 hours ago they are refusing to refund me. I havent even used the service!

After difficult negotiations they agreed to refund me for the small price of £20 - another illegitimate policy not highlighted at time of booking. When I debated this they cut me off and I am yet to receive a penny back from them.
The number on the booking does not work. The number given to call on arrival was my next hope, although the operator unfortunately could not speak English and just kept saying "go to website" which I eventually did. Customer service is atrocious.

Please do not give these con artists a penny of your money!

Formal Complaint: Unfair Trading Practices and Hidden Charges
​To: Management of New Farm Parking / Relevant Authorities

Location: New Farm, Stansted Road, Elsenham, Bishop's Stortford, CM22 6LL

Subject: Formal Complaint regarding hidden "Airport Levy" charges and extortionate early return fees.

​To whom it may concern,

​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against New Farm Parking regarding their deceptive pricing structure and unprofessional business conduct during my recent stay.

​1. Hidden Airport Levy Charges
​When booking this car park, there was no clear notification that an additional £20 (£10 for drop-off and £10 for pick-up) "Airport Levy" would be charged. These mandatory costs were hidden during the booking process. Charging an extra £20 on top of the advertised price without transparent prior disclosure is a breach of consumer protection regulations.

​2. Extortionate "Early Return" Fees
​Most appallingly, upon my return, I was informed that because I arrived earlier than the scheduled time, I had to pay an additional £20 via bank transfer. I was explicitly told that if I did not pay this "extra" fee, I would not be picked up from the airport.

​In my 15 years of living in the UK and using various airport parking services, I have never encountered a company that penalizes customers for arriving early. Usually, extra charges only apply if a customer stays longer than booked. Holding a customer’s transport "hostage" unless an immediate bank transfer is made is predatory and borders on extortion.

​3. Conclusion
​This company operates with a complete lack of transparency. The practice of demanding extra payments under the threat of leaving passengers stranded at the airport is unacceptable.

​I am requesting a full refund of the undisclosed "levy" and "early return" fees. Furthermore, I will be reporting this incident to Action Fraud and Trading Standards to ensure other travelers are protected from these "scam" tactics.
